Kate leads the group with passion and knowledge, her expertise in training allows you to feel comfortable in front of strangers. So when you go off and practise it doesn’t feel awkward. You’re supported every step of the way. If people wanted to give this a try, this is the place to go.

Thank you so much for such a lovely review. I’m really glad you’ve enjoyed learning EFT with me and, especially, that you’ve felt safe and supported throughout the training. 🥰
I care a lot about creating a space where people can learn, ask questions and build confidence without feeling rushed or judged, so it means a lot to hear that’s how it’s felt for you.
I’m so pleased EFT has become such a valuable tool for you too. Thank you for being part of the training.
Kate was amazing
Kate was amazing, she explained everything thoroughly, and ensured everyone understood. The group wasn't too large which meant there was ample time for anyone to ask any questions if they were unsure about anything. I think the tapping itself is a great tool and Kate makes it so easy to do. Would recommend the course for anyone who is interested.
