What sold me on this over the alternatives was that alerts come directly to me rather than a call centre. We're a small operation and nobody at a monitoring centre is going to know that Sarah is visiting a sheltered housing block on Tuesday afternoons or that the signal is always patchy on that estate. The pricing assumed you had 50+ staff, the onboarding assumed you had weeks to spare, and the contracts assumed you knew exactly what you needed for the next two years. We have nine people.
