Best shoes I’ve ever bought

Very good quality shoes,really pleased with them, the only drawback was Evri being the courier, they are very unreliable. I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

The product itself if very good. The sizes are on the big side. I ordered a size 4 which were way too big. I've since ordered a size 3 and the size is the same as the 4. I will not order from this company again

I purchased a shaver and after ages it arrived and looked like a knock off from china and worth about £1 but I had paid £30 so I asked for a refund as it says on their website you can get money back no problem. However after 20 emails back and forth they still have not given me the address to send back for a refund. Asking me to try the shaver instead or finally a 25% off discount so they have been stalling my time as after 30 days you do r get a refund. Completely bad customer service and holding my money with no option to return for cheap goods that look like they are dangerous.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, a complete joke company!!!!

Absolute scam! Over priced, nothing like what it says it does. Cheap tat! Avoid at all costs!

Followed instructions and still cut my under arms to pieces. Made me bleed and left me sore for a week. No care or refund when contacting Tanvera just a condescending email. Very disappointed in product and company response

I ordered the GlowTrim 2-in-1 Bikini & Body Trimmer on May 1, and I still have not received it. The first package was marked undeliverable, so Tanvera said they would resend it. I tracked the second package closely—it traveled all over the place, finally reached my destination, and then left again without being delivered!

Shipping issues happen, but the lack of accountability is what really disappointed me. No refund, no real resolution—just another “undeliverable” package.

I would not recommend ordering from Tanvera. I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointing experience.

Placed my order May 2nd, and got charged. Over a month went by and I didn't receive my order. I made numerous requests to customer service. They claimed I received it. After I threatened them, I received an email stating that they made a mistake and they are expediting a new order since my original one was stopped at customs. It has now been over three months ths and I have not received my razor. Total scam!

If I could give zero I would. Beware. Give England office but returns even if their fault have to go to china. And you will pay up to £60 for that. Sizing is a complete lie. Beware.

Avoid buying from this seller. I bought a trimmer which arrived but didn't work at all like in the ads. After contacting them them multiple times via their customer service email, i received a general response with the basic tutorials so still didn’t word. When i asked for my 30 day money back guarantee i stopped receiving replies. I contacted them also on instagram and the same happened. I never got my refund

When I first got this product I thought it was amazing removed hair well however after my second use it cut me on my bikini area in 3 different places which has never happened to me with a normal razor and they advertise it as nick and cut free. Also when using on my underarms it causes razor burn which it also advertises against. It doesn’t remove thicker hairs as well as the lighter thinner hairs. I’m mortified that it cut my bikini area as it was bleeding and stinging for ages. I would upload pictures as proof but I don’t think that’ll be appropriate. Please buy with caution as it was good at first but now I don’t trust it.
