Tanner Shoes Arvostelua 

It's a cheap oversea made shoes. I am not 100% sure if it all leather shoes. Its hard to return and phone number listed on the website is temporary out of order. email support is trying to get more money back as I complain about the shoe quality. The AI or Luvy J told me it will be costly for international shipping for the return. Why will it be an international ship if it was made in the US? I am 100% sure its not made in the US - US designed as it says. It may well be a complete scam.

After I placed my order I got scared thinking I might have been cheated out of my money. But when I received my order, the shoes were beautiful and well made. They are real leather and exhibit true workmanship. My husband is very happy with his Birthday gift. Thank God I received what I was expecting.

The quality, look and feel of the shoes is excellent. I ordered one pair of walking shoes and was so happy with them, I ordered a pair of Chelsea boots as well. These were equally comfortable and look great. There was one very minor flaw, however: there are leather strips attached to the zippers on either side of the boot, and one of these was missing. It could well have come off after I received the boots. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement leather tie ONLY, and I emphasized that I was NOT seeking to have the boots replaced. They are sending me a second pair anyway!! I have never encountered such excellent service from any company! I'm almost embarrassed!

THERE MUST BE SOME WAY OF HACKING A COMPANY TO REDIRECT ORDERS AWAY FROM THE LEGITIMATE COMPANY TO A PHONY ONE. I, TOO EXPERIENCED THIS WITH A COMPANY SELLING SWEATERS. THERE IS A LEGITIMATE TANNER COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE EXCELLENT. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THE CORRECT PLACE.

Do NOT order from Tanner Shoes (Kaser Online B.V.). It is a fraudulent Chinese company. I found out about them after I made an order on 05/08/25. There is NO Henry and Margaret Tanner, and all the images and testimonials are created and fake. Their products are not even TEMU quality. They ship inferior products and make it very difficult to make a return, although I did manage to get a partial refund. I ALMOST always research a company before I do business with them, but I was taken in by the apparent legitimacy of a supposed American company. I'm going to register a complaint with PayPal and suggest they remove their service as a payment option.

The advertising is fraudulent. The shoes are cheap Chinese imports. They double the price that they are available from other sellers. I should have read the reviews first. The shoes I got were cheap and made of vinyl, not leather and not made in the USA. When I tried to return them they gave me a Chinese address and they must be returned at buyer's expense.
Buyer beware! Complete fraud!

Welp, I'm middle aged and still fell for the commercial! Basically all lies! The shoes I received are TEMU plastic shoes NOT leather! They are scammers that are just drop shipping from TEMU - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Don't be tricked into thinking you are buying quality made in America boots or shoes, this company's website and product is an absolute scam. These are the worst shoes I've ever seen period made in China or anywhere else. I had to throw them out of my house immediately after opening the bag they were delivered in because of the toxic stench the rubber was putting out. It was barely 70 degrees outside and the soles felt like they were melting. No padding on the ankles or tounge of the shoes, just a thin layer of leather covering an equally thin layer of what looks like vinyl. No support no cushion and nothing even resembling a form fitting feel for your foot. I'd be surprised if goodwill will even put them on their shelf. Not worth five bucks and they got me for almost 200

I fell for it big time!!! I thought it was perfect. I don't have the money for $350.00 shoes but $89.00 and leather and craftsmanship!! OMG. I went for it. I should have done research as my kids would say....A near 80 year old guy who should know better. DON'T DO IT!!

Cheapest and thinnest leather I have ever seen on a boot. Terribly thin cheap rubber soles. This company should be shut down by BBB. Boots shipped directly from China when fraudulently advertised as high quality and American made.

Terrible shoes I bought three pairs and they’re not even worth the price that I paid for even one. The quality of the materials is very sub optimal. It’s not real leather. I am so disappointed with the quality of the shoe and they’re still advertising. It’s worthless. I am not recommended that anybody should purchase these issues. What a terrible company false advertisement please do not buy any of these shoes. They’re not worth it. I am so disappointed and angry and mad that I fill for this false advertisement. Poor quality, poor quality, poor quality, not worth the price that they’re selling for.

I received the shoe I ordered. Does it matter to me that their marketing is not straight truth? I got exactly what I wanted for a good price. For now I have had only a good experience.
