I’ve just purchased a used Mercedes Benz from Tangelo, initially a bit unsure due to it being an online purchase. I must say all my concerns disappeared once I’d arrived and inspected the vehicle. It was immaculate, Rory who initially dealt with my enquiry was excellent and reassured me that although he wouldn’t be available on the day of collection, his colleague Elliott would be able to finalise the transaction and advise me regards any questions. His and Rory’s service was second to none. The whole transaction from the initial telephone call to driving away the car took less than 24hrs. Purchased a car from Tangelo, from the first moment of meeting Emma and Elliott, we felt relaxed and most importantly not pressurised.
