Great tool
I'm available everywhere. My customers cannot identify if I'm working from the office or from home

We’ve been using Talkdesk for about 5 years now. It has a been a vital part of our business as we’ve transitioned to remote work and began utilizing Autoreach. New features and reporting recently have made ease of use even greater. Looking forward to what’s to come in the future.

Interesting, since it has can have 24/7 service, quick configurations, detailed analysis of each call, can have global solutions, wide configurations fast and simple. You can record flames instantly.

I have used Talkdesk for the past year and I really like it. I really like the fact that all of ours calls are recorded. I can go back and listen to verify what was actually said to a customer or a vendor. It also seems to stand up pretty good when we have bad weather. I was a little concerned about working from home and how the talk desk would be affected when we have inclement weather. I have had some issues, but not very many.

Talkdesk has great features to manage agent profiles for different queues as well as comprehensive reporting features that provide any details needed that can be scheduled to be sent via email. - Timothy Reyna

First and foremost, the ease of use is unmatched. It was a breeze to setup and onboard new agents. The learning curve was minimal and cause little to no disruption in our daily operations.

Great solution for teleworking, especially remotely.

I implemented TalkDesk for one of my enterprise-level customers. TalkDesk was very intuitive and easy to set up and configure. When I had questions, I contacted TalkDesk Support and received very prompt, helpful answers. The rep provided me with a test phone number I could use to test functionality. This was helpful to me as I configured TalkDesk to meet the customer's requirements.

Reporting and other areas need some work.

TalkDesk has been reliable and above the rest. The ease of use is the best. As long as you have an established internet connection, you can use TalkDesk anywhere!

Excellent product support. The features on the product are really good. A big plus is that Talkdesk integrates with ServiceNow

TalkDesk has proven to be a great tool for our Customer Relations Team. Had it not been for TalkDesk, our Advocates would not have had the ability to work from home as they did. Phone calls would not have been answered and it would have been detrimental to our business. I really like everything about TalkDesk. If there is a functionality that we need, that is currently not available, most of the time they are able to accommodate us and find a solution. I am very happy with their services.

Overall it is a good system. Has a lot of features and capabilities to be flexible. This has been a good system for us since we had to start working at home more.

TalkDesk is a pretty good tool but is nothing to brag about. It does its job. I am sure there are better alternatives, some of which don't have as many technical issues such as dropped calls or call timeouts due to software glitches.

The thing I like the most about TalkDesk is its minimalistic aspect via the use of its Callbar app. It makes it really easy to use and also being able to monitor all calls via the Dashboard is a great utility for helping manage department-wide call responsiveness.
