Customer service and the product I ordered have been great. My one issue is that I got a sample with an order that I can’t purchase from Thesis (Stasis). I am not creating accounts in two websites and two orders for products from the same company. This may have changed since I tried, if so, please disregard!

I like the formulas . I dislike they changed only getting one blend per month . Liked the variety. I like the reduced packaging but don't like decrease in options.
