The process is so easy and efficient, collection arranged for while I was at work with everything taken care of with no fuss. Quote was pretty much instant one details completed. On the day of collection they had a staff shortage but contacted me to explain the situation and that the car would be collected slightly later than originally arranged for. Car was collected before I returned home from work which was the result I was after as it was blocking the drive as I'd moved it closer to the road to make it a bit easier for collection. Have already received email confirmation from the DVLA that it has been transferred to them.

Excellent service, brilliant phone call as im not very good with technology and that stuff. Rang me half hour before collection very prompt and professional, 10 out of 10 and highly recommend these people.

What can i say , i had never heard of this company until i googled it , i rang the office on the Monday and they explained exactly what will happen , and my van was picked up on the Wednesday and my money was in my bank before Thursday lunchtime , the two ladies in the office was so professional and superb at their job , also the guy picking it up was also quick and polite , i would recommend them to everyone , brilliant company

This company responded within 24hrs of my application and my beloved car was collected three days later. The guy who came out did his job no more, no less and that's fine. The lady I spoke to was amazing. She was kind, understanding and she put my mind at ease. She was so helpful arranging a time and date and then everything was handled by the company afterwards.
