I am happy about this amazing experience I’m having with this course. Above all, the service and support are outstanding i always have a reliable point of contact, and I can clearly feel that this is a wonderful investment.
I’ve been doing facial massages for years, and they never gave me the results I was hoping for. Now, I’m slowly starting to see real changes. We shouldn’t forget that transformation takes time. Of course, it’s different compared to injections but this is the natural way, and that’s exactly what I love about it.

I’ve been using the Takeclass face exercise app for one month now, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. I’m 48 years old and I practice every day for about 15 minutes, twice a day. Consistancy
Hello, one thing I dislike the most—both in face workouts and body workouts in general—is repetitions, when you do an exercise knowing that the same two rounds are still ahead. I’m really glad this wasn’t the case in these courses. And the best part is that they are short but effective. The key here is consistancy. It takes me 5–7 minutes, but I do it honestly every day and I truly see results. I can feel it even when I touch my face with my hands—it has definitely become much firmer. Thank you.

I am nearly 2 weeks in & I am shocked at my results........
I am nearly 2 weeks into my journey and I am already seeing incredible changes in my face, especially under my eye area. I have always had under eye bags and more recently they have gotten so big it's been bothersome for me.
In just a few weeks, they really appear to be improving and this makes me super happy.

Great start for me to face yoga
I really like the 21‑day program to start the face training. The exercises are in a logical order, and even very busy people can find time to do them. At the beginning, the video explanations help you understand what you are doing wrong and how to do the exercises correctly.
I also liked that I could send 2 videos of my exercises to the experts. I was not sure if I was doing everything correctly, and their feedback helped me understand how to improve.
I started this program on the 20th of December managed to do them during Christmas, and now it is the 30th of January, and I still do it every day without any problems. I feel that my face looks fresher and my eyes are more open. If I should start with face yoga I would go for this program. Thank you.

Results in less than a month
In just under a month I was already able to see a change in my face - decreased puffiness and tighter/lifted areas. The instruction was easy and I like that the facial anatomy was explained. I plan to keep up with the basics at least once a day.

Stay Consistent, It Works and Its Worth It!
I appreciate that that the Take Class Face Fitness encourages deepening the relationship that you have with yourself. Every day I spend time touching my face, looking at myself in the mirror and learning how to keep my face muscles strong and healthy so they stay firm and lifted! This is a very empowering course! After enrolling in the course my skin texture is smoother, the lines around my eyes and lips are dramatically reduced and my facial contour has improved! I look better today than I did in my 30s (I'm almost 43) and I have more confidence knowing that I can maintain this youthful look just by doing the exercises from the course.

The teaching is high quality
The teaching is high quality! Both in terms of facial anatomy and the way the exercises are carried out. Since I started, I still find it very difficult to create the neuro-connection for certain muscles, which causes tension in other areas, so some exercises are still a work in progress. And like anything, consistency and discipline are the keys to success, and I’m still working on that… I don’t always have the space to do my exercises morning and evening every day, and despite that, I’m still seeing great results. So a big thank you for this teaching.

I really enjoyed following the course
I really enjoyed following the course. At the beginning I found it a bit frustrating as I couldn't seem to be able to do some of the excercises. However with the expert analysis of my recorded videos, I got plenty of feedback and encouragement. I was able able to finish the course with a joy! Easy to follow and stick to…
Incredibly easy to follow and stick to due to the time length of videos. Although I would have liked to see more variation throughout the course, I can understand as a beginner the importance of mastering a good foundation and this I feel has been achieved.
