I sent an email asking where your product was made and if this was an Australian company, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer advising sadly the product is made in China but the company is Australian owned, and that you had done your utmost to source a company in Australia to make your product.
I am extremely keen to support Australian products whenever I can, so I went ahead and bought some of the doggie bags, they are by far the most superior bags I have used and will definitely be continuing to use them, I have also purchased some of your doggie bags for a friend who has recently bought two brand new puppies.
I will keep my fingers crossed that one day you can find an Australian company that can make your product.

The bags do not open wide
The bags do not open wide, only wide enough to fit one poop at a time no goof with poop scoops which is disappointing considering I have two big dogs.

Hi Dobbyo, hey really sorry to hear the bags aren't working for your situation. So just to get the picture right as we haven't had any complaints or 3 stars till now, are you saying your using a poop collector then transferring into the bag which is too narrow for the poop scoops? I'd be interested to know more if you get a chance to email me at support@tailz.com.au. We offer a Make No Bones About It Money Back Guarantee if you prefer we can organise that? Let me know..cheers Steve
