I bought a fantastic winter coat for a very good price. They ask me, on the street, here in amsterdam where I bought it. Also a french stripe blue white sweater again a big succes,perfect delivery.

Be aware for the size and image difference.
They do not accept any return for the above reasons. The customer services is nice, but they do not negotiate any customer side reasons.

It‘s a fake Japanese site selling all made in china poor quality products.
I spent €310 bought a coat on this site , after waited for 3 weeks, the product shipped directly from CHINA..actually is a taobao stuff and the price is just 1/10 on taobao. Contacted the customer service, they replied they are a company founded in china and they don‘t need to list where the product is made on the website.
And they claimed no returns, no refund no matter the delivery date is delayed or the product quality is actually low chinese quality.
Don’t buy anything from this site. It‘s a fraud.

On facebook, picked out a top and proceeded to checkout, just to see what the shipping would be...then decided against it, and closed it out, before pressing "Buy". Immediately I was still charged! Yikes! NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO CANCELLATIONS. Thank god i'm only losing $58, and not $300 like some people. Aiiiiiiiiiiiiii

It took 4 weeks for the order to arrive but the skirt is of amazing quality. You just don't get something like this in the UK for £50. Will definitely shop again - mind you customer service won't respond, you will get an OOO with a tracking number which you can only use if you download a special app etc etc

I bought a coat and a tank top. Although it took an absolute age to arrive, both pieces are excellent quality and I have been literally living in the coat. It’s a little too cold for the tank yet but both pieces are gorgeous. Would definitely buy from them again.

I am a fan of coats of all kinds, especially long ones, and these are without a doubt the best and I have loved them a lot since they have discounts and wonderful prices. The best thing about everything is that each coat is designed for each outfit, without a doubt I recommend them. .

Massively overpriced, pretends to be a Japanese company but is actually based in China, a jacket that’s worth £10 at the most was marketed at a price of £200.
Do not accept any refunds/ cancellation/ exchange, even if the product was defective at the company’s fault - clearly not following UK/EU law and does not operate in Europe.
The return policy is so shocking it’s funny to read, it basically says in the effect of “Are you kidding me, you have paid me and I have your money now. How dare you even think about getting a refund? What world are you living in???”

Terrible company - DON’T SHOP WITH THEM. The jacket I ordered in M size is literally a giant size. Has nothing to do with advertised photo, bad quality, made in China and yet still costs 300$+.

They shipped the jacket I ordered too late. I wasn’t home around that time and now they don’t accept any returns because it’s past 7 days. Total scam, not helpful customer service.

Do not buy from this company. My £80 jumper arrived with moth holes and the company has not advised on how to return as they do not accept returns and is refusing to issue a refund. I sent them photos of the jumper right after I received it.
The company markets themselves as Japanese make but the jumper was dispatched from China and when it arrived it not only had moth holes but had a very strong chemical smell.
I have logged a dispute with VISA via my debit card provider and hope to get my money back like that. I advise everyone to open disputes and get this company out of UK market. Absolutely vile company!

This company markets itself on Instagram with NO indication that it will not be observing U.K./Euro distance selling laws. Only when you try to return something do you realise that you should have examined all the small print before purchasing as they will NOT accept returns or give refunds.
It is absolutely outrageous. I am landed with a poorly made coat I can’t wear at a cost of £300.
Angry comes nowhere near it.
