Do NOT waste your money on this. I ordered the soft Taco with chicken for approx £8 or so (2nd time purchasing). And on both occasions the chicken inside could barely fit on a table spoon, you might as well have ordered a lettuce wrap. A real p...take. NEVER again.

I ordered the following items today at Edinburgh Shandwick Place:
-Two Naked Chicken Taco
-Two Crunchy Taco Supreme with chicken and no tomato

The two Naked Chicken Tacos were correct. However, both Crunchy Taco Supreme were completely wrong. Instead of chicken with no tomato, I received beef tacos with tomato on both. As this was a takeaway order, I only realised the mistake once I got home.

I also wanted to mention an issue with ordering at the self-service kiosk. After I paid, the kiosk showed an error and did not print a receipt. I went to the till to ask for help, and a team leader told me my order number was 245. Despite knowing that the kiosk had not given me a receipt, I was not offered one, and I felt that I was treated as an inconvenience rather than helped.

It seems to make no difference whether I order online or go into a store my food is always stone cold! Such a shame as the food is otherwise really tasty.

I love fastfood but this was a dissapointment. Just the service is not feeling right, the taste was terrible so I will rather stick to something else.

Wish I had looked on here before hand - but as ‘fast food’ you don’t expect your food to take over 1.30 to arrive (10 mins away from my address) thought I’d give the Ipswich branch a go, what a great start

No system for orders other than u remembering your number. Service is slow and poor. Food minimal xhilli served cold on the taco. Took 15 minutes to do the order for 2 tacos. Will not be going again.

Was not what was expecting , poor service time, food quality not great , not happy , my girlfriends not happy , won’t be comming back anytime soon

Menu is confusing. Long wait for food. Food preparation poor. Tasted awful.

l visted today at 3pm. Requested to see the halal certificate, staff rudely replied that ‘ they were not obliged to show the certificate’. Muslim only eat halal meat which is authenticated correctly. Which makes me question taco bells claim of serving halal meat. Avoid unless they can prove correctly

Tonight we ordered from the new Taco Bell in the Kingsgate Centre Huddersfield and an item was soggy and stuck to the wrapper. I drove back to town and took this part of my order back to them at approximately 18:45, asking to speak to the manager. The manager couldn't have been more apologetic and professional. He had my order remade, gave me a drink while I waited and even gave me free fries, all within about 5 minutes. I'd like to thank him and I have to say that yes mistakes had been made but he dealt with an angry customer (me) with such a calm demeanor and couldn't have done enough for me to rectify the situation. I've been in retail management for 25 years and this is how you turn a poor review into a positive one. They are a new location, once they've had a bit more experience together I am certain that this will be an excellent food destination for the people of Huddersfield and all because they have the right manager in there.

Portion sizes are absolutely disappointing. The pictures do not correspond with what you receive, they are very much smaller. We spent £40 for 3 people and still hungry after! Total waste of money, avoid!!!

I used to like getting my takeaways from Taco Bell but the standard at my local is variable. My order was forgotten. After the prompting, I was served with burritos that had little filling and chicken quesadillas that were cold as in not cooked. I sent in photos to customer service and the response was a joke. It's time to say goodbye.

The food was incredibly bland,virtually no meat filling, meat to salad ratio was 1:4. First time I've tried them, never again.

Simply awful 5 chips each no meat. One of the worst food experiences had when ordering food... then gave as an insulting couple of pounds back. Strongly recommend you never use them. Amazed they can survive with service like this, so bad.

Visited Taco Bell in Hull and found restaurant to be dirty.
Toilets absolutely horrendous.
Whole place needs a good clean and staff to look after it.

“Managers” attitude is shocking. Should not be in a customer facing role. Place is filthy. Staff stand talking and on their phones.

Manager would be better being the cleaner than dealing with customers - rotten attitude. Never included an item in my order and acted like it was coming out of her wages, embarrassing even the other staff looked mortified for her.

Place is disgustingly filthy.
