Tablecoversnow has a very nice website that makes it so easy to design a tablecloth. I simply added my logo, and they did the rest. The tablecloth also came in much sooner than expected.

Better than expected! We needed a table cover for an upcoming marketing event. I had never heard of this company but decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad we did! The process was quick and easy and the product turned out so much better than we even expected!

We used Table Covers Now for years and were very pleased with them until a month ago. I placed an order for a tablecloth with a background. We provided an outlined AI file for the background and an outlined EPS file for the logo. Then for the next month, I worked with them, trying to get the proof right. My original request was for the background pattern to be light in the background (about 10% opacity) with the logo on the front of the tablecloth. Twice they sent a proof that I approved, then the next day someone else would send me a new proof that was incorrect, and I'd have to begin the process of correcting the proof again, because they could not go back to an earlier proof. Multiple times - at least 3 - the background file I provided to them was altered beyond fixing, shapes changed, pattern changed, when all I'd requested was a change to the opacity, and I had to provide the file again. Several times I requested someone call me to get this worked out more quickly, but no one ever would. After a month of this, I asked them to remove the background entirely and just print the logo, which became proof 11. When we received the 3 tablecloths we ordered, we discovered that the turquoise of our logo had been altered to a light blue. We compared the color of the proof we approved to the logo file we provided to them and discovered it wasn't the same color - my mistake for not checking it after all the back and forth, I'd been too fixated on the background pattern and only checked the logo for spelling and placement. The color was close enough I didn't notice the change; however, when we compared the color on the proof we approved to the color on the tablecloths we received, the color was way off again. I reached out to customer service multiple times and provided them with the list of everything that went wrong, including pictures. They acknowledged the colors were not the same, but would only offer 10% refund.

The product and result were of high quality at a very competitive price, but the shipping lacked clarity. I didn't need our covers for a bit so I chose the cheapest shipping option. I received a confirmation that a label had been created and then nothing for 16 days, when I sent a message to customer service. I was told this is normal, but it's a little concerning when you've paid a hefty price for a product, and then they tell you that it's normal for it to sit in a warehouse awaiting shipping for weeks. I'm not sure if this is actually normal but the item arrived on time and exceeded our expectations on the quality and appearance of the covers.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
They require you to fill out a customs form with personal information, EIN number, and (SSN) Social Security Number to get your product from China. Total SCAM!!! Paid for my table cloths, they state they have shipped, then send you custom forms to fill out. This is never communicated up front, and when you ask for a refund they refuse and ask for proof you filled out the custom forms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered can coolers for an event and paid over $100 extra for the order to be “guaranteed” by a certain day. Then I was called and informed that the order had been delayed and wouldn’t be expected until two days after the “guaranteed” date. I told the representative that would be too late. He asked if I wanted to cancel? I said yes.
Later that same day we ordered from another company with a 24 hour turnaround - expensive but had to be done.
The next day I get an email from tablecoversnow that there will be a $128 restock fee to cancel because they had the order in production. How would I like to proceed? I responded: I want a full refund. I was told when I was called that the order was not in production and going to be late late, I said cancel it, and your website says you can get a full refund if you pay extra for “guaranteed delivery” and it fails.
They responded later saying I am no longer eligible for any sort of refund at all because the order has been produced and shipped.
Basically: 1) they screwed something up and the order was getting delayed. We canceled per their full refund policy. 2) we were forced to order an overpriced rush turnaround from another company. 3) they contacted again offering a partial refund and we refused - per their own refund policy. 4) they contacted again (a day later) saying “sorry, we produced it even after you said cancel it so now you have to pay for it”.
I’ll never order from them again.

UPDATE: And the product finally showed up and the logo was printed wrong. A complete letter was missing. Their response was that we approved the digital proof we were sent. We were never sent a proof - we approved the “instant proof” from their website. To this day, no refund or even an apology. We ended up throwing away over $450 of late, incorrect can coolers that we were forced to pay for.

I ordered and approved a tablecloth. The tablecloth color was approved as PMS 566. What I received was not the same color under any light source. After sending them pictures under many different light sources, they offered a 15% refund which is unacceptable.

Also when they begin their "investigation" they tell you that it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, yet every time they send you an email, that bumps back that 24 to 48 hours.

I ordered this tablecloth at the beginning of April to arrive by April 16 for a conference that begins May 1. We are now at April 21 with no time for them to correct the issue and ship from China. Just an fyi, they show to be located in Stafford, Texas, yet, your order will ship from China.

On Good Friday, I received the 15% offer. Our company was closed for the holiday. On Saturday, I received a message that stated since they hadn't heard back from me in a couple of days, they were giving me four days to respond or they would close the matter. So you don't hear from me over a holiday weekend and you give ME a deadline to respond which I have done (Monday, April 21).

If you order from this company, also ensure that you list only one email address for the person responsible for the upload, the billing person and the person receiving the shipment or your proof will go to the person receiving the shipment. Many people work virtually so you wouldn't think this would be an option or at the very least the person who uploaded the artwork would approve the artwork, not the person receiving the shipment. I was able to approve the artwork in time, but had I waited to ask about the proof, it would have been sitting in our receiving person's junk mail which is where it went.

I live in Hawaii, so getting items shipped here is often rather difficult, however the cover was exactly as I requested and fast shipping...A+++

The easy or ordering, the ability to get our logs right without any issues, and the promptness of fullment.

The ability to have artist’s help redesigning the logo placement helped a lot, it saved me time having to do the layout. I just uploaded the image and got the proof. When I wanted the logo/table skirt colors reversed they did it right away. It was nearly instant!
