Say yes to the dress!
This company has such great communication and customer service. They moved very diligently to get my wedding dress customized and shipped just in time for my big day. They helped me with all my questions and concerns from start to finish. Even during shipping we stayed in communication. Any team that takes the time to ease the mind of a client is great business. I did have to get my dress altered to be fit more snug but overall the dress was a great replica of the dress listed on the site. They got my skin tone fabric matched perfectly and the dress was perfect for the day.

My experience with this company was amazing. The level of comfort I experienced was beyond my expectations. The seller was very communicative from start to finish. The seller was so nice as to send videos of my gown during the process as well as pictures. I gave the seller a deadline date, and it was met with time to spare. Excellent communication, professional service and reliable.
This seller is for real… you will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASIONS!!!!

I came across you with hesitation cause there alot of scam designers out there and I was one of the victims of many European companies gowns designers! and I couldn’t be more thankful for you 😭 it’s even prettier than I’ve ever imagined. I even cut out some of the extra fabric I will be using as head pieces! haha

After searching high and low for a designer for my wedding dress, I came across Tabja and at the time I was unable to travel and I just had to trust the process but honestly Tabja didn’t disappoint, great customer service, I was worried about being scammed but they keep you informed through out the process and is always available. My first dress fit so perfect no alterations needed. It was so good I ordered my second dress after receiving my first and just like the first perfection.

Tabja is my safe and trusted place for any type of special event, it's a success.
They simply exceeded all my expectations. I'm from Spain and I trusted them with my wedding dress without even trying it on, and it was the best decision I've ever made. Impeccable, excellent workmanship, top quality, and, above all, excellent service from the staff. I'm sure I'll choose them without hesitation for all my special occasions.

The Worst Experience Ever!!!!!
The Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!
I ordered a dress from Tabja for a special date, and they completely ruined the wedding. They reached out days after my order, apologizing for the delay but still promising it would arrive on time. Of course it never did. I asked for a refund, but they refused and also wouldn’t accept the dress back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Hello Sandra,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to provide some important clarification for transparency.
Your dress was custom made specifically for you, with multiple adjustments completed based on your requests. Before shipment, we sent you a final video of the completed dress, which you confirmed you loved and approved. Only after receiving this approval did we proceed with shipping.
During the process, you requested that the delivery address be changed from Miami to Colombia. This required a shipment redirection after dispatch, which resulted in additional time and cost on our side. Nevertheless, this was handled immediately to ensure the dress reached you at the updated address as requested.
According to the courier’s official records, the shipment was delivered to the final address in Barranquilla, Colombia on August 4 at 16:31 and was signed for upon arrival, confirming successful delivery and receipt of the package.
Throughout the process, our team remained in contact, provided updates, and handled every step with care and responsibility.
We take great pride in our work, our communication, and our commitment to our clients. Each order is managed with professionalism and close attention to detail, especially when it involves an important occasion.
We truly care about our clients, and our goal is always to ensure you feel beautiful and confident in your dress. We hope that, despite this situation, you can recognize the effort and dedication our team put into your order. Our door remains open, and should you wish to reach out in the future, we would be happy to assist you again.
