⚠️ Buyer Beware – Misleading “Lifetime Access” Claim & Poor Customer Service
I purchased an account from this seller on 3 February 2026 at 4:47 PM after being explicitly told that it came with “Lifetime Access.” I also have the payment record and conversation confirming this.
After around six months, I contacted support regarding my account. I was then told that there is only a 6-month warranty and that I now need to pay again to renew the account.
I completely understand that a product may have a limited warranty or technical-support period. However, warranty and access validity are two completely different things. A 6-month warranty does not automatically mean that something advertised and sold as “Lifetime Access” expires after six months.
I asked the seller a simple question: Where was it communicated before my payment that the “Lifetime Access” would expire after six months and require renewal? Instead of providing the original terms or resolving the issue professionally, I was told:
“There is no point in arguing. If you need the account, please make the payment… Otherwise, please don’t waste your time or ours.”
What makes this even more disappointing is that I received this contact through a referral, which was one of the reasons I trusted the seller and proceeded with the purchase.
I am not asking for a special favor or anything beyond what I paid for. I simply expect a seller to honor the terms that were communicated at the time of purchase.
My experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly because the issue could have been resolved professionally by reviewing the original conversation and purchase terms.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this seller: get every term in writing, especially anything advertised as “Lifetime Access,” and make sure you understand exactly what “lifetime” means before making payment.
