His notes in the text-to-image balance were exactly what I needed and the recommended an illustrator who absolutely nailed the belief. Communication was consistent throughout. The finished book is gorgeous and my kinds class tested it before publications were which Jay actually suggested one of many good ideas he had along the way.

Formatting was fine, but it took longer than I’d hoped. Communication could’ve been better; I had to follow up multiple times. Overall decent job but room for improvement!
