DON'T USE WEBSITE!!!
Ordered something and received immediately a tracking link. However, this link expired after a few days and nothing was delivered, was obviously a fake link. Every attempt to get in touch with SYAPD failed. - This is a shocking scam site.

AVOID!! SCAM WEBSITE. DISHWASHER NEVER ARRIVED!!

Definitely a scam site ordered in 15th November. I had the same Fenway tracking shipping information goods never arrived no answer to several e mails and contact us messages. I had thoroughly checked out site it’s even on google safe browsing. Consumer protection requesting the site be taken down but it is still up and running. There was no negative reviews at the time of me ordering but all negative over the last month. I have now been refunded from my credit card.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE
the website is VERY convincing. You make your order and get email confirmation they will also respond to your emails and send you links to a delivery ‘tracking’ site.
However, the goods will never arrive.

I was lucky enough to obtained a refund from my credit card company

Total scammers. Don’t buy from them don’t let them get your hard earned money.

Total scam cancelled order when saw delivery company was in Singapore Told bank fraud dept , cannot believe still trading.No reply from them when cancelled but got money from bank ( credit card payment goes to s fitness company Would not use

Never showed up but here’s what you do!
-Call the bank, tell them you’ve tried to communicate with them, (logistics company Fenway, and SYAPD) to no avail.
- bank will say wait 15 working days then call disputes team.
- they then section 75 it which means they return your money and then THEY do a charge back with SYAPD.
- currently I have the money back, but the bank has called and these cheeky scums have said they never sold the sub, only fitness equipment. They are not contesting the charge back! Can you believe this!

I ordered a digital camera and didn’t receive. They don't answer anywhere!!! I contacted the bank and they returned the money, finally!

I've fallen prey to these fraudsters.
Too good to be true. I feel like a total T**t.
Their email address is sending back now as not in existence and Fenmay Logistics are part of the con too presumably.
Consumers beware! This is not legit!

Ordered a hot tub 6th November. Received a tracking nunmber from Fenmay Logistics. Tracked it for a month going from Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Newcastle amongst other places. Then it disapeared completely. No response from Fenmay. Nothing from SYAPD through feedback form or direct email. Looks like a complete scam. Reported to my bank. Waiting for outcome

Total scammers. We ordered a garden shredder for £260. We received an order number and tracking reference number. We were told it was in Copenhagen. A couple of days later we contacted the company because the tracker disappeared. No response from the company. The logistics company was in Singapore and wouldn’t respond to emails.

Shame we can’t give ‘no stars’ at all!!
These thieves will take your money and you will receive NOTHING so stay away.
Make sure you report and get these criminals the punishment they deserve 🤬🤬🤬

It’s a scam I ordered a tumble dryer, it never arrived. Like many others who have reviewed it, tracking for the product was showing in Denmark and then it would disappear.
I’ve reported it to Action Fraud, I would urge everyone to do the same, It’s coming closer to Christmas, if it’s not being dealt with, potentially loads among us would have a disappointing Christmas.

All seems well then nothing arrives.
Even tracking works at first then stops.
I can only assume it's an elaborate scam.
Credit card charged by 'Palota' who ever that is?
Companies house reports as 'one employee'.

If I could give zero stars I would. These are a bunch of thieves. I ordered a camera on Nov 23rd, the money left my account on the 25th and since then nothing. No response from any of their email addresses - I am reporting them to the police and trading standards!!!!

What a bunch of thieves, this is definitely a scam, alongside Femway Logistics, yes you can track your parcel, but you will see it going all over place, then it disappears. KEEP AWAY you have been warned.

Scam. I ordered camera 3rd of November. I was given tracking number (fenway or something like that)
3 weeks later supposedly item arrived in UK and after that no updates. Tried to get in touch with company many times on various emails. No response. I wish I did research before I purchase...

A very elaborate scam is the best way to describe it! I ordered a Karcher Pressure washer with the black Friday discounts and received an email from Fenmay Logistics allowing me to track it for a few days but then after that I couldn't log in to the website to track it. I've emailed SYAPD a couple of times with their different email addresses but no response at all. I've since rang my credit card provider to make a claim. I'm amazed that SYAPD and Fenmay websites are still up and running!

Scammers!!! There’s even a response from the allegedly Sales Director saying shipment is delayed etc etc and now you cannot track it in Fenway which is allegedly based in Singapore, now I know it’s a total SCAM!!! I’m furious we fell for this elaborate scam ring!

I am so annoyed that I fell for this scam. I bought a camera in their Black Friday sale. Looked totally legitimate. Camera was dispatched using Fenmay Logistics, tracked all the way to Copenhagen and then it disappeared off of the face of the planet. Have been trying to contact them all week, no reply to any of my emails. Searched on here today only to find out I was not the only person they have scammed. Please do not use this website. I have spoken to my bank and now having to wait to hopefully get my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
