Incompetent and very poor customer service

This is a scam , they’re thieves. They keep posting everyday on instagram and twitter but won’t respond to messages and complaints from users. My withdrawal has been showing pending for over 12days as of the time of typing this message. Their in app support is not responding and they’re not replying emails to.

It's fake totally scam

I trusted Swychr with my money! They took the full amount from my account, claimed they would refund me in instalments, made one small payment, then stopped completely.

It’s now been over a year, and they’ve refused to refund the remaining balance. I’ve sent multiple messages all ignored or met with excuses. Based on my experience, this company is acting like a scam operation.

I’m now taking serious action:
• I have already file a small claim in the UK court to recover my money.
• Preparing to report them to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
• Submitting a report to Action Fraud UK for suspected fraud.
• Checking if they are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
• Planning to escalate the matter internationally via Interpol for cross-border financial abuse.
• Will also contact consumer protection bodies in Cameroon.
• Leaving reviews on Reddit, Facebook, and crypto scam watch groups to warn others.

Swychr has shown no transparency, no customer service, and no accountability. If you value your money, do not use this platform as even your money transfer will never be processed! When you message customer service I am being told to email the CEO! Can you imagine!

These are scammers. They will accept your deposit and will never proceed with your payment. Definitely your funds will remain on their website. Run away.
