The actual purchase was fine unfortunately I had to return the product as it was too big your policy states that a refund will be issued 24 48 hours later 9 days later I’m still waiting?

Received my new wig (Katia) yesterday and I absolutely love it. Extremely good quality and looks fabulous on. I will definitely be buying another and recommending this site to all my friends.

Not overly happy at the item. Postage etc fine but the quality isn’t great and it looks awful on. Lots of hair falling out and it’s so thick it looks unnatural. My comments were deleted so they just show positive reviews. A bit unfair you can’t get a refund.

Ordered after losing a lot of my own hair due to overprocessing. He quality of these wigs for the price is unbelievable!! Not too shiny or "wiggy" looking. I have had so many positive comments about my hair!

It wasn't just a quick delivery or an easy order.. the wigs look phenomenal and ppl dont even know they are wigs!!! Im so glad i bought two straight away cos now i can swap and wear them depending on how I feel 😊

Wig arrived in good time! Lovely package - however the one I had chooser- didn’t look real and the hair falls out when I picked up the wig. I had asked how I return it only to be told - you can’t if you have undone the paper sticker or opened the wig in any way. How are you supposed to judge the wig if you can’t see it out the box !! £75.00 out of pocket for something that can
only be worn as fancy dress :(

Updated to 5 stars for the customer service. Receiving a replacement wig and the customer service I received was fantastic. Just need to sort an easier way the wigs can be looked at and returned safely if not suitable. Thanks you again x

Absolutely love this wig, I’ve bought 2, the Demi and the Jasmine and plan on adding another to my collection. The quality is amazing, feels like real hair so soft and shiny. Would definitely recommend.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company ! The wigs are fantastic quality and the price is mad reasonable. I actually now have 10 wigs from here (I have the same one twice as it’s the one I wear to work) and I couldn’t complain about any of them. I received a personal email to let me know that my order was slightly delayed (honestly, it was not a long wait at all!) and when one of my orders got lost in the post they re-sent it with a gorgeous gift inside too. The customer service is amazing, they really keep you updated and they’re so friendly and the wigs are so wonderful. I’ve bought wigs from around 10 different companies and this is the only company that I know I’ll be coming back to time and time again. Cannot rave enough ! Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me so much confidence by creating such a great product. OH ! And the packaging is even nicer than packaging for wigs I’ve had that were hundreds of pounds. It is so obvious how much care and consideration has been put in by SUS.
