Easy to set up

The Sales team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the UK area code that we needed to match our address. The sign up was easy to do and the line was active immediately after payment and download of the desktop and mobile app was completed. There was a glitch a few days later with connectivity which was resolved with a reset our end.

Great customer support

Zoe was very helpful in setting up my account. I was having technical issues but she was fantastically knowledgeable and supportive in rectifying the issues.

Highly recommend SeitchboardFree for those wanting a great virtual landline, with great customer support.

EXCELLENT SERVICE 5*

Absolutely amazing service from switchbaordFree. In particular I would highlight Adam who was extremely helpful and talked us through all the options and setup. Can't recommend highly enough!

Zoe from Switchboard was incredibly quick and efficient in setting up my phone lines exactly the way I needed them. She also handled the personal prompts seamlessly. Having the softphones and app has been extremely useful — it makes the business feel more streamlined, organised, and professional. Highly recommend!

Very Pleased For Over A Decade

Have used them to supply our trading phone number since 2014 - being able to divert calls and open/close the lines has been phenomenally useful.

Rarely - if ever - have we had any issues and when necessary support has been quick and the staff proactive.

Needed a handset reconnecting to the…

Needed a handset reconnecting to the SwitchboardFREE VoIP service, contacted them to request the info needed. They provided the info but wouldn’t work on auto provision.
Zoe the proceeded to connect in to my network via AnyDesk and resolved the issue within about 30 minutes.
Thanks again for the excellent service.
