My experience was very good with buying a first property. This was my first time dealing with lawyers and how the system works and overall they were very efficient. If I sought more information or an update if all had gone quiet they or should I say Briony was efficient at getting back to me and keeping me informed. The contact was regular enough for me to only have to chase once through the whole process -and got an update in two hours, which I think is very good compared to stories I had heard from others.

Switalskis were great dealing with the purchase of our new home. Seemed to be very swift in communicating the queries we had for with the developers. Kept us updated on any progress that had been made each step of the way. Overall we are both very happy with our experience.
