Intensional misleading production date / FAKE CARD
This is my experience with Swiss Time Co from Neuchâtel. I bought an Omega via Chrono24, declared by Swiss Time as 2025 or similar. After 23 days (instead of 15), I received a watch imported from Japan with serial number 93172327 ,most probaly much older then 2025. According serial no.a prod year 2011 - .14-year-old. . Serial no. do not indicate production for 100% , but backcover with 4 screws is a very old type of sealing .surely not 2025 even not 2020, Swiss Time explained that this is not a problem because I received a guarantee card dated 2025. OMEGA SERVICE.ch confirmed that card in not valid ! Issued by unauthorized seller . Chrono24 says the seller is not violating their policy, so it seems that an old watch can be sold as new without any objections! I refused this transaction, but I still had to pay the shipping / exchange costs almost 180 euros for nothing. Check twice what you receive from Swiss Time. Many buyers not checking serial numbers/ Guarrante Card and getting old stock..BE CARE !
