Swiss Knife Shop Arvostelua 

There was supposed to be no engraving on one side of the knife and instead they engraved the word "No" which completely ruined it for me.

At first I thought I was creating a great deal on a quality product. However, after my order, I waited a week and it still had not been created/engraved. I contacted them and at first I received an AI response even though online comments recommended their customer service. I then contacted the shop directly via phone and was given the brush off by poor customer service and someone who seemed bothered that anyone would actually call. Their shop is located 60 miles away from the destination - my friend’s house. I called to see where the product was and when it would be delivered as it had already been 8 business days. “Bob” (I won’t put his real name) said it’s still here being prepared. I had hope it would still make it. Then a few more days passed and I finally got notice that it was shipping. I called again asking how long and “Bob” said it shouldn’t take long as he even knew the destination was only an hour away. I waited a few more days and watched as it went from their store to USPS then 1000 miles away 3 states over. I contacted them again since we’re now in the 3rd week. “Bob” asked, do you want me to try and track it? I responded to him and asked that wouldn’t he want to know where the product had gone since it had been several days to go 60 miles. I asked him that since it was a product your shop created, wouldn’t you want to know it was delivered? I never heard back from the store. If this wasn’t a gift I would have asked for a refund since their website says 4-7 days and it took almost 4 weeks for delivery.

I did not receive my order. I contacted the company by phone and email. I have received NO response to my complaint

Item was never shipped, tried their chat, email, and called. Couldn’t get to representative or a reply. This is after they failed to discount me for an engraving promotion.

I have used the knives over many years,but the recent knives do not maintain their sharpness as compared to the earlier versions.

Absolutely Best in class knife supplier for both quality and price. Customer service is superior every time. I have purchased a number of knives from this firm and they are super quality, razor sharp, always arrive on or before the schedule date, customer service knows what's going on in our extremely pleasant to deal with as well as competent and on top of all that fantastic pricing. Every internet business should be this good. Understand that I am not being paid for on this review and that I am simply a customer who has repeatedly purchased a number of knives including gifts from this business. Keep up the great work Swiss knife shop!
