Super easy to find a pool and get set up. Host was great, clearly labeled how to get into the backyard and house rules. Can’t wait to use again!

We rented a pool through Swimply, and it could not have been easier. We were able to find the perfect location for our needs, and the day went off without a hitch. We will definitely use it again, such a clever service!

Awesome pool and absolutely beautiful property. Lots of fun things to do, trampoline, games, hot tub, pretty pond to sit by, there is also a change area, restroom, etc. The water in the pool was so nice and warm, the pool has a shallow end which is great for little ones, lots of floaties, very private, etc. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, we will rebook for sure and we highly recommend.

The pool area was great. Lots of umbrellas and chairs to use. They supplied pool floats which was handy. Restroom was available. Really enjoyed the pool.

From the moment I booked, the entire rental process was smooth, easy, and extremely professional. Qadar responded quickly to every question, making the entire experience stress-free. From the time we arrived, he made us feel like family and welcomed us with genuine hospitality.
The pictures online truly do not do this place justice. Wet Look Retreat is a breathtaking, private oasis that's even more beautiful in person. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and my family and friends enjoyed every single minute of our time there.
We will definitely be booking again for future gatherings and recommending Wet Look Retreat to everyone we know. I honestly have zero complaints—everything was absolutely perfect. Qadar truly deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you for providing such an unforgettable experience.

Stunning pool, great host, easy process. 10/10 recommend!

We have been booking pools with Swimply for years. Every booking has been an awesome experience. Their customer service is prompt and excellent. The booking process is fast and very easy!!

As a host, my experience with Swimply's customer service hs been one of the most disappointing I've encountered. I ran into an issue when the Swimply app had a glitch and arbitrarily added a discount to one of my bookings. This caused me to lose revenue. During an extensive process of providing documentation, explaining my concerns, and involving a supervisor, I was met with multiple scripted responses rather than a genuine attempt to understand and resolve the issue. It feels as though their representatives are trained to close cases rather than help customers/hosts. Swimply needs to stand behind their customers and take ownership when mistakes are made.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Michael's pool and property! The pool and patio area were gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed for a memorable day! Michael was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions. We will definitely book again! A five star property for sure!

Easy to manage and process reservations

My experience was excellent.The host Kieth along with his beautiful wife paired with the property were all beyond exceptional.He provided the atmosphere complete with a tiki bar, unlimited towels, music and a beautiful property all together.Booking was easy and he kept the lines of communication open during our entire visit and fulfilled all of our pool needs whenever we requested it.We will definitely rebook!!

Absolutely fantastic. Perfect for a quick weekday afternoon. Was only 6 of us, but we could’ve easily had more. Close, great parking, super convenient. Host(s) were respectful and had everything accessible for us.

Had booked a location in northbrook for my son's graduation celebration and the owner canceled me 3 days before my event. Renters beware of the northbrook mansion she selectively picks who can rent. Just checked her reviews and a renter just added a review on the day mine was scheduled. I don't know if it was a race thing because I'm black but she was very unprofessional I handling things. Renters beware on swimply.

Lola was a great host. The pool area was nice. We all enjoyed ourselves.

We have rented from Swimply several times over the last couple of years. Every time the pools and hosts were wonderful, except one.
Last week we rented a pool. When we arrived, it was green and cloudy. We took pictures and left immediately. We contacted the host and Swimply. Both refused to refund our money for a pool that was unsafe to swim in. If you’re going to rent from them, be willing to lose your money, because the customer service team is terrible. They will not do anything to help you, even with proof of a disgusting pool.
