SwimOutlet.com Arvostelua

It’s always super easy to find what I’m looking for and to complete the purchase! Great options for style and price!

Very disappointed with their product and quality. I spent a lot of money to buy my granddaughter items for her regional swim meet. Waited a couple of weeks when I did not receive my items I called. It was told that my items were being held up in customs, called again and was told it was lost by customs so as you can see, I wasn’t really getting the exact story. Her pajama bottoms were supposed to be embroidered and instead they did a rush order with iron on that came off when the pants were ran through the washer, they felt that 20% off my order justified all of the misinformation I was being given and the delay in receiving my products which took over three weeks or more to get, I will never purchase another item through this site. I will look elsewhere in buying her bathing suits. The whole experience with swim outlet was so disappointing.

Lie about shipping which is very frustrating. Still after a week of saying “has shipped” and has not reached shipper! Why lie?

Selection,price,delivery all great!

The referral bonus is a lie. I don’t know what the credit might apply to, but nothing I’ve tried. You’d think customer service would be willing to help, but the only responses I’ve receive to chat, text AND email messages were a few from some bot which promised to send me to a real person, but never did. I won’t shop with a company that doesn’t respond to customer inquiries, and I strongly regret recommending it to my friend.

Easy to order; availability of products; quick shipping.

Fast shipment, and looks to be arriving a day earlier than expected. :) And my new trunks are fun and HOT! Ha!

I love this design that I ordered for many years. Unfortunately it is no longer available.

There website was easy to navigate and there turn around time was amazing !!

love what I ordered great customer service

Easy, Simple

Patient and kind salesperson for a unique situation. And hopefully we found an answer. I will see when goggles arrive.

Ease of using the Search function and filtering and sorting items on the site.

Efficient. I ordered it and it came pretty quickly and it was everything I ordered!

Paid for 1-2 days shipping $9 and the package expect arrived 5 days late. I want my money for shipping back. Very disappointed

I am regular customer got text message for 70% discount but never show up in your web site! Got everything under regular price

This was my first time ordering a swimsuit from SwimOutlet, and it exceeded my expectations! Not only were the swimsuits on sale, they had a great online tool to help me figure out my size. I am in-between a 36 and a 38, and the online tool suggested I order a 38. I placed the order on a Monday, and it arrived 2 days later (not an expedited order). The 2 one piece suits I ordered fit perfectly! I can't wait to wear them for lap swimming at my local pool.

Y'all had my item in stock. You shipped it quickly. It got here before I needed it. Thanks for being so reliable!

There was a wide selection of items and prices. I would have liked, when looking at a bikini top, to also see options for matching bottoms on the same page.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SwimOutlet. I placed an order for swimming shorts for my son on May 20, 2026, and as of June 8, 2026, I still have not received the order.

My son is on a swim team, and the swim season is already nearly halfway over. The shorts were needed for the season, and the long delay has made this purchase almost useless.

When customers place an order, they expect it to arrive within a reasonable timeframe. Waiting nearly three weeks without receiving the item is unacceptable. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for our family.

Based on this experience, I do not consider SwimOutlet to be a reliable retailer. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
