Vastaus yritykseltä swillsneakers
Hey Sharon !
So sorry to hear you have not received your order.
I have double checked your tracking information and it appears that UPS tried to deliver your order on 28/10/21 but no one was available to sign for it, so they have redirected your parcel to your nearest pick up shop.
They should have left a note through your door with all the details but I have re-sent your tracking link with all the necessary information on it.
If you need any more assistance please contact our support team support@swillsneakers.com and some one will be happy to help you.
Thanks
