the order was left on my front doorstep (i live on a busy road) this is not a compliant delivery and all swiftmedi are doing is raising a complaint with royal mail. this is taking a very long time and all the while i am down over £100 and without my medication.

Hi Clare
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly given the importance of receiving your medication safely and securely.
As soon as we were able to formally escalate the matter with Royal Mail, our team raised this urgently and has remained in active contact throughout to help work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. We appreciate how upsetting and frustrating situations like this can be, especially when you are left without your medication in the meantime.
Secure and reliable delivery is something we take extremely seriously, and leaving a parcel unattended in this manner is not the standard we expect.
Please be assured that our team will continue supporting you directly and doing everything we can to help resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Good experience overall
Had to wait a couple of days for video call but shipped straight away once approved. Good pricing with discounts but I’d like to see more consistent pricing without the need for discount codes.
