Just charged someone I know who is scared to leave a review
£125 call out fee then £250 to drill out the lock then £160 to replace the lock then £185 for a night/security latch.
Total rip off the lock should of been included in opening the door fee as the lock was drilled. The replacement lock was overcharged by about 12times . With front door locks costing on average £12-£15 with 3 keys.
Please be careful this company seems to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations and use fear to upsell items that arnt required like night latch definitely oversold on high level security features on standard equipment that costs no more than £20 at toolstation.
Based on parts used they made £675 for 25mins work
Please be careful get prices upfront and agreed as otherwise the tech can basically charge what they want.
If the lock is being drilled confirm a replacement lock is included in the cost as otherwise your being charged multiple times for opening the door and replacing the lock.

Absolute frauds. Charged me over £1000 for attending a property to make it secure after a burglary. Taking advantage of emergencies and left the building unsecured. Reporting to trading standards

I will report them to Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice Bureau, with a copy to my local MP and MLA association. Don't allow them even to visit you to check, first they will not mention any charge, and at your door they will ask a call-out charge of 90£ without doing anything. Absolute scammer Romanian Team

I would give no stars at all if I could. There is no clarity in communication. I kept asking what is the total charge and I was not told the actual cost. I was also told a lie about how much it would cost if I did not take their service. I would not trust this service.

Sammers and Fraud
They tricked me into paying 9 times the standard price, adding outrageous call-out fees and other hidden charges without informing me beforehand. They made these charges a condition for attending, only revealing the cost once it was too late to say no. This is extortion, not service. Please, please avoid them — go with a reputable local locksmith instead. This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation preying on emergencies. Filing consure court case against them now
