Great virtual doorman system! I love that everything can be managed right from my phone, no matter where I am. It’s convenient, easy to use and makes it simple to keep track of visitors.

Having lived in buildings with old dial-up call boxes, having Swiftlane was a breath of fresh air. Being able to create temporary codes for delivery drivers and permanent ones for family was great. The camera snapshot whenever someone uses a code was a nice heads-up. And for me, the fast, reliable facial recognition at the front door was great. Highly recommend it to any property manager looking to upgrade their access system.

I really like this app. It's nice that it takes a photo of the person using your code I feel like that's a great security feature and I'll even pose with my guests coming in and I made a photo wall.

It is always reliable and helpful in my building

I love the concept of Swiftlane. It makes it easy to generate visitor pins and delivery pins which helps provide secure access. I also love the Apple Wallet support, I can just tap my phone or watch for near instant access. The issue is the reliability of the platform. Several times per month our system goes offline, preventing access to any door. This is really frustrating, especially when it occurs late at night and there might not be somebody exiting to let you in.

I truly never have to have my keys with me! This system allows me to simply scan my face to be let in.

The only areas for improvement I'd recommend are the features to buzz people up and the reliability. There has been a few occasions where I was locked out of my building because the system was down. There is also a slight lag when allowing folks into the building via telecom (& I would prefer it defaulted to having me on mute when I'm answering). I do love being able to see who is requesting access.

Overall, great just minor improvements!

Switlane is easy to use and super handy when you dont feel like pulling your keys out. I live in NYC and im constantly putting my keys in bags or zipped pockets. I love how easy it is to use Switlane to open my door (especially at night) instead of digging through my things. Makes getting inside easy.

Swift lane made going in and out of my apartment so much easier. My favorite part for myself was using Face ID when I got home everyday since it allowed me to never dig my keys out! I also loved the guest feature where they could call your phone and you could let them in that way. I also was able to give my dad a code to get in when I was at work which was extremely helpful and convenient. This was my first time using swiftlane and it was the best experience - I don’t know how other apartments don’t have it!!!

Great for apartments that aren’t in the best areas! Enjoyed using it.

One of our door entry intercom units had stopped working, displaying only its underlying operating system. I contacted Swiftlane technical support and they were able to work with me to reprovision the unit with its correct software and make it operable again. This saved us a significant expense of replacing the unit. I come from a technical background and Swiftlanes technical support was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with!

Huge improvement over our previous system. Generally reliable, user-friendly interface, lots of programming options. Gives many ways of accessing building. I'm less thrilled they try to upsell me on additional functionality and that they interrupt the experience of using it with occasional promotions, requests for review, etc. Overall, solid 4+ star experience

Overall this is a great a convenient app. I love being able to remotely talk and enable people to come in to the building. I also love the fact that I can see the history of people that have entered the building. My only comment for improvement is that sometimes out of nowhere the system fails to work. There were more than one instances of when the face unlock feature or the unlock feature did not work. Sometimes this causes an inconvenience.

Fantastic and so helpful when I have guests over and can see who’s at the door, also fantastic for deliveries when I’m not home. The only issue is once in a great while the door doesn’t open when you select the open/unlock option it has happened twice in the last year but tech support was very kind.

Swiftlane has been super convenient and easy to use for me for the past year. I love being able to access the building right from my phone without having to worry about keys or a fob. It’s quick, simple, and makes getting in and out so much easier. Definitely a great system!

Their remote system has became quite stable lately, which we are very happy about. Overall, features are real practical and user-friendly, and while there are occasional issues, they are fixed within a reasonable timeframe- Responsible management !!
However, the self-PIN management system could benefit from a reminder prompt for owners to update codes regularly. Given the large screen size, bystanders can easily observe PIN entries and compromise security. Furthermore, because the screen is reflective, individuals frequently use it as a mirror and deliberately buzz in to force doors open or test entries, creating a significant security vulnerability sometimes.

Swiftlane made access to my building so easy! The app is easy to use: someone rings, I can see who it is and let them in remotely! Great for making sure the right people got in and the wrong people got out. I also love the facial recognition feature. Its so nice being able to go in with no keys or no phone! Installation was seamless and has been a great addition to the building!

Overall it’s been great to see through the cameras on who is ringing my apartment. It’s also handy being able to open a door through my phone when I’m a few feet away to save a few seconds of waiting. The only times it’s a tad bit troublesome is when it might be a WiFi issue? Unsure because sometimes I try to open and it’s an issue that we as a user cannot resolve. Thankfully I am able to walk and I can use a different entrance and the building I am in is pretty wheelchair accessible throughout either entrances.

Overall Swiftlane provided a great product that increased safety and made it easy to give guests visitor codes. The application itself was easy to navigate, and I liked that I could unlock doors remotely if necessary. That being said, there were often times where the system would be down outside of business hours, so it would not connect to unlock the door, and the app also would not work.
