Absolutely dreadful. Took £80 and sent no-one for the job and didn't contact me at all. After chasing, I asked for a refund as they hadn't done what they said they'd do and they said they'd send £40 as a "good will" gesture. They haven't sent this either. Definitely avoid - unless you want to throw £80 away.
Do not use this company.Took £80 as booking fee , never sent anyone and don't answer emails. This is a scam company.I can only advise people not to use this company.
Extremely disappointing experience. They responded to my Rated People job post for a small plumbing inspection and repair, took an £80 inspection fee upfront on 24th August and then failed to arrange the inspection.
Two weeks later I cancelled the job with them and requested a refund. That was on 4th September and I have still not received my refund.
Avoid.
Very good response from Swiftfix/Samuel and a plumber arrived quickly to resolve my leaking waste.
