So I’ve yet to actually redeem on this site yet, but I want to say, that SHOULD NOT determine your opinion of the site, losses come, wins come, that’s what gambling is. What I can say is when I’ve contacted support, they been prompt, respectful, and always truly have the best attitudes. They offer great deals every day (usually 2 and you can buy both) and they have a great selection of games. I believe this site has potential to be in the top 3 of sweepstake sites, as for people leaving negative reviews becuse you’re being petty about losing or making duplicate accounts to abuse the welcome offer, coming on here and leaving a negative review does way more harm than you think, this site doesn’t deserve to be at a 3.6, should be a 4.6 or higher. I encourage anyone reading this that’s considering trying the site out to absolutely sign up and ignore these miserable ppl trying to tear down a company because they are mad about something they chose to do.

SweepBetz is one of my favorite new social casinos. I was having some issues with a redemption (my bank kept rejecting it) and Ben from SweepBetz reached out to help. After using so many sites where the user is responsible for hounding support, this was a nice change!

There seems to be some confusion as to what took place here. I’ve attached the email I received from the co founder of this site. Clearly stating he was confiscating my funds and a non existent refund clause was used as justification for the confiscation.

“Regarding your account:

• It will remain inactive permenantly
•You may submit a request to review any eligible refund in accordance with our policies after 120 days.
• Any chargebacks initiated will be formally disputed with full supporting documentation, including chat transcripts and transaction records

We will not engage in further discussion on this matter.”

They got caught stealing and are now trying to save face in my opinion. Please see my official review below.

I am writing this to warn others after Brandi Marketing LLC attempted to confiscate my funds using a non-existent clause in their terms of service. The company only returned my money after being threatened with legal action.

I was inspired by this attempted theft to hunt down the operators behind this site. Public records from the Texas Secretary of State indicate the business was originally registered in Richmond, TX, with Shenal Brandigampola listed as a managing member and Benjamin Bach as an agent.

On February 6, 2026, they switched to using “Registered Agents Inc.” as the agent on file at 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX, 78731.

These companies hide behind registered agents thinking they can’t be held accountable. The consumer has a variety of legal methods to recover their funds. In situations like this, it’s important to teach these kind of companies a lesson so they won’t be so confident to attempt to steal customers' hard-earned money in the future.

For the avoidance of doubt, the "lesson" I refer to is this public warning and the pursuit of all available legal remedies to ensure transparency.

I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with the above mentioned individuals/companies due to the fact they tried to steal my money and only returned it under legal pressure.
