Hello, SwayFunded is honestly pretty great. My opinion is not biased, I do not work for them and also think their customer service could use tiny improvements. But i have NEVER had an issue with a payout, once you pass the challenge they immediately do return what you paid for it and will allow you to withdraw after 4 days of trading. They have never stolen my money or withheld a payout. I will admit though, if you request your payout on a weekend, it might take until the following weekday for them to process it. But anyway I LOVE SWAYY i get to use their money and not my own! it is my first funded i have tried and haven’t explored elsewhere since! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it !

App working in amazing condition and amazing tools within

it started ok but then i think it updated or something because every time i pushed order the screen FROZE and i lost 200$ so my drawdown was now 200 then it happened AGAIN and it says one time tap but when i tried to take it out quickly you have to wait for the take profit come up. I don't fully blame sway because that loss was a loss but it made the loss worse because the freezing. ALSO, the symbols were not popping up for a whole day.im going to try again and see if i will be really payed out by passing. I also do not like how the unrealized count towards your drawdown the trade isn't even done yet or it may be correction in the market which is kind of a deal breaker. But i will be back to review to see if the payouts is really true also for anyone wondering.

Inconsistent Rules & Retroactive Enforcement

If you’re a trader considering Sway Funded, pay close attention to how the rules are applied. My account was failed under conditions that were never clearly communicated and even changed mid-way.

When I signed up, the rules clearly stated a 5% drawdown on regular accounts. That was the condition I traded under. Later, support (Jake) informed me the drawdown was 3%, claiming that was always the rule. When pressed for proof, I was given vague, repetitive answers like “that’s the policy” with no dated documents to back it up.

The biggest red flag came when Jake sent me a policy link that had been uploaded the very same day of our conversation. That page didn’t exist when my account was created or when I was actively trading, meaning my account was judged on a retroactive rule update.

No corrective path, no opportunity to adjust, just a failed account based on shifting standards. This is not how a professional trading program should operate.

Lamento no poder poner cero estrellas, ojalá nadie más recargue dinero en esta plataforma. No son transparentes, es un engaño total.

Recargué 12 USD, pagué con mi tarjeta de crédito (usé el pago con moneda local), en ningún lado hubo algún mensaje de cobro de comisión o que debía pagar más, el total eran 12 USD, cuando pagué, solo me recargaron 11.06 USD y el soporte me decía que debía recargar más dinero para poder completar los 12 USD, que me fijara bien, que claramente me iban a cobrar una comisión porque usan una pasarela de pagos externa. Es una estrategia básica para que los usuarios paguemos ese monto y como no alcanza para el "Challenge" que queremos, entonces nos obligan a recargar el monto mínimo que son 10 USD, de los cuales, 9.06 USD se quedarán ahí sin hacer nada (beneficio solo para ellos) es una estafa disfrazada y con la excusa de que en las Preguntas Frecuentes se explica claramente esto.

I bought A challenge and can't activate it. then it tells me to contact support. I Tried to contact support, and it tell me Opps sorry I cannot send any messages at this time. they took my money and now I can't do the challenge or contact them.

Great Firm, As a trader, payout is everything. I was in shock and awe when I requested my payout and it landed in my account within seconds, like this is less than a minute. I can tell you for a fact that No Prop firm in this space is capable of that. Kudos Kudos @Swayfunded

Without bias or sentiment, the Liquid Markets used by Sway Funded is the worst trading and most counterintuitive trading platform I've ever encountered.

I'm constantly looking for things should be just easy to find in one click.

Also, haven't been able to receive trading notifications to know when trade has been closed in the background. Dunno if it's just very difficult to setup or plain non-existent.

Coming from the guy that people all around me bring their mobile problems to for solutions, that says a whole lot.

Customer service was quick to answer questions and address concerns. Payout failed initially but the team was prompt to addressing the concerns and assured everything would be ok. I just requested payout this time and everything went through. Excellent service!

rules not applicated as they said,bad experience with platform

First time user. Their dashboard Experience is really nice, quality customer service and all round services are impressive.

the p@l from charts and sway account are different amounts you can have a winning trade, and they will show a loss! the numbers never add up correctly! very shady company!
