I was passed onto Virgin Media but…
I was passed onto Virgin Media but their app was crap, and their technical staff was just has bad. You couldn't speak to a supervisor or anyone else in authority. More importantly they will not accept my cancellation request, even I have received no equipment, apart from whatever their men were doing outside of my home, I was given no paperwork or anything to sign.
