Customer support takes ages to answer.
And suddenly early 2026... account deactivated. No reason given. Shady explanations by email.
And now waiting for them to transfer back my remaining funds... "in due time" according to them. They sure take their time ! Luckily only a few euros left...

Erst soll man eine Kopie des Ausweises hochladen. Nachdem man das gemacht hat kommt ein paar Stunden später eine E-Mail man soll den Ausweis hochladen weil er abgelaufen ist ( ist gültig bis 2035) und dann passiert nichts .

I wanted to add funds above the 25,000 Euros level that warrants additional 2% interests. I added 10,000 Euros that have not been invested for the last 2 weeks, despite the board shows 1300 available loans with my criterias. Customer support had the audacy to claim i was reponsible for the 38% cash drag because i did not select short term and delayed loans. The dishonesty of the answer convinced me to withdraw my funds.

Bientôt deux mois en tant que client, et je fais face à un cash drag constant entre 15 % et 20 % depuis mes débuts. La plateforme manque de transparence concernant la localisation géographique des prêts. Il est quasiment impossible d’investir manuellement, car les projets à financer sont très rares. Il faut paramétrer le robot d’investissement avec le moins de filtres possible pour espérer placer son argent. Pourtant ils ont introduit deux nouveaux originateurs de prets et pourtant ca n'a pas amélioré la situation. Je retire progressivement mes fonds afin d’éviter d’être trop pénalisé par cette situation.

Cela fait maintenant un an que j'utilise Swaper.
Appart la récente arrivée de cash drag, dû à une apparente limite journalière d'investissement, je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème et j'ai toujours atteint le rendement annoncé. Je suis très satisfait de la plateforme et suis même frustré de devoir rester raisonnable en n'investissant qu'une partie de mon patrimoine pour rester diversifié.

Ik heb dit platform aan mijn p2p portfolio toegevoegd vanwege hoge rendementen, geen betalingsachterstanden, regulatie en goede ervaringen van anderen. Ook was Covid, de Oekraïne oorlog en de Poolse leningen goed gegaan, dus ze verdienen een kans. Ik kijk ernaar uit of ze hun stabiliteit ook bij mij kunnen waarmaken.

When I tried to follow updates in their Telegram channel, I was removed within minutes despite never posting, and I can’t rejoin. This lack of communication, combined with ongoing cash drag issues, left me dissatisfied. As a result, I’ve withdrawn my capital and will be moving to platforms that keep funds actively working.

Ich habe alle meine Invetsments bei Swaper veräussert und versuche seit über 2 Wochen den gesamten Geldbetrag zurück zu überweisen. Seither wird das ganze blockiert mit dem Hinweis auf eine Neuidentfikation, welche aus meiner Sicht keinen Sinn macht. Ich habe aber schon mindestens zweimal all die Dokumente (Pass, HR-Auszug etc.) hochgeladen. Trotz Hinweis von Swaper, dass eine Überprüfung 1-2 Tage dauert, ist bis heute nichts geschehen, kein Hinweis auf allenfalls weitere fehlende Dokumente, keine Antworten auf meine Mails. Das Ganze macht einen schlechten Eindruck und spricht nicht gerade für die Seriosität von Swaper. Gibt es Anleger mit ähnlichen Erfahrungen? Ich bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar.

Eine Plattform mit guten Zinsen (vor cash drag), wenig Transparenz und einem mittelalterlichen Dashboard mit ungenügend Einstellungen. Aus Gründen der Diversifikation und trotz wenig schmeichelhafter Rezensionen ein Konto eröffnet. Ich sehe trotzdem einige gute Aspekte.
Nach einer relativ kleinen Summe wurden Einzahlungen blockiert (KYC and AML Policy). Soweit alles normal.

Der Gesetzgeber verlangt den Herkunftsnachweis der Investitionen. Swaper möchte mehr, unverschämt viel mehr: 30 Seiten meiner Kontoauszüge, ja sogar interessiert im Detail, womit eine sehr kleine Altersvorsorge vor 20 Jahren finanziert wurde!

Vollkommen unangemessen, noch dazu bei dieser überschaubaren Summe! Ich lebe nicht in China und möchte nicht bis in das stille Örtchen überwacht werden, auch wenn ich nichts zu verbergen habe.
Würden alle Plattformen dies verlangen, wären sehr sensible Daten mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit bald im Darknet oder anderswo einsehbar.

So verspielt man Anfangsvertrauen. Absolut keine Empfehlung für Leute, die noch ein bisschen Selbstachtung haben und vermeidbare Unsicherheiten ablehnen.

Nachtrag
Nach wiederholt unwahren Antworten und immer neuen Forderungen, Zurückhaltung von Geldern, habe ich mein 5-stelliges Investment nach drei Wochen beendet und Swaper verlassen. Sehr schade, auch um die Zeit!
Es bleibt bei meiner Investmentwarnung...

Ich habe bereits mehr als 10 P2P Plattformen getestet. Swaper gehört zu meinen Favoriten und bleibt fester Bestandteil meines Portfolios. Zahlungen kommen pünktlich und kaum Verzögerungen.
Bisher gab es immer 10 bis 15% cashdrag. Aber die Situation hat sich seit kurzem deutlich gebessert - nur noch rund 2%. Wenn man den loyalty Bonus von 16% mitnimmt, hat man einen top Performer.

He retirado dinero cuando lo he creído conveniente sin ningún tipo de traba y hasta ahora no he tenido ninguna pérdida en los préstamos invertidos. De las mejores y más serias plataformas de crowdlending, junto con Mintos, Viainvest y Peerberry.

NO ONE DISPUTES the need to have the documents for AML KYC but the assistance you have to give to the customer who wanted to give you all the documents you want, but you always made me go back to the beginning verification form... I gave you at least 5-6 times my personal document and other documents ... then waiting for the documents to be checkedand verified.. next day I started again from the beginning of the verification form.. from the beginning!! Did it seem like a serious thing? However, in the end it seems resolved after dozens of emails and I've raised you to 3 stars, but you have to improve this KYC AML verification phase enormously because it was an ordeal that lasted over a 45 days and I never understood which document was missing or wrong, always just reject it and start again from the beginning
