This has got to be the worst company I have ever bought from. Since September 2025 I have had emails going back and forth regarding a refund as the uniform didn’t arrive. Still nothing and we’re nearly in 2026!!!! will definitely not be using swanky sets ever again
Ordered my scrubs 2 weeks ago!! They keep saying it's out of stock... no refund nothing they are scammers!!! Still haven't received my order. Disgusting girls

Tried to get out of giving the refund asking for proof of postage ( which was submitted over to them) kept asking again for proof, again this was provided. No answer on telephone and take ages to get back via email.
Return policy was adhered to so pay up!!!
Absolutely amazing service, I needed scrubs for a last minute photoshoot and called the girls to ask if they could send it next day for an additional cost and they arrived the next morning! They were absolutely lovely to deal with and absolutely adore my scrubs. Thank you so much would highly recommend and will not go anywhere else for my scrubs.
My wife ordered a swankyswan’s handbag from Amazon. The strap unfortunately broke after a month so we couldn’t return it to Amazon as they only deal with issues up to a month. Amazon advised contacting the manufacturer and I have tried to contact swankyswans on a number of occasions by filling an enquiry form on their website but they are just ignoring me. I can’t find a telephone number for them anywhere to speak to an advisor.
I would advise any potential customer to think twice about buying any of their bags. If there is a problem then customer support is non-existent.
Ordered navy suede clutch bag to finish my outfit for my granddaughters graduation, the addition of a long chain was ideal . It was last minute decision but Swanky Swans didn't let me down and it arrived earlier than expected and was excellent quality and looked far more expensive than it was. I purchased a clutch bag to go with a MOB outfit. It’s the perfect colour and lovely quality. It was delivered really quickly and came packaged beautifully in two different slots of crepe paper.
