I have been taking one-on-one classes with Swami Samarpan for the last 3 months, and my experience has been very good. For the past six months(from August 2024), my daughter and I have been attending online yoga sessions with Swamiji. When I wanted my daughter to start yoga, I sought an authentic source. Having learned yoga from Swamiji in 2008, I wished for her to learn from the same master. Now, she is deeply interested in yoga. Swamiji conducts online sessions while accommodating the time difference between India and Paris. His meditation and pranayama sessions help me stay calm and stress-free.
