After investigation, your order was placed at 20:45 on 1 January and processed, picked, packed, and dispatched promptly on 2 January.
Unfortunately, the delay occurred after dispatch and was due to the courier experiencing unforeseen issues. We were notified of a 24-hour delay on 6 January, followed by a further 24-hour delay on 7 January due to adverse weather conditions affecting vehicle movements.
While delivery charges cover the cost of dispatch via our courier partner, we regret that delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. That said, we completely appreciate your dissatisfaction and are disappointed that you did not receive the optimal delivery experience from the courier on this occasion.
