Please close this website down, they set up a fake Russel and Bromley website as the store is closing down.. they advertised a sale! The payment took me to a fake card account which I hadn’t realised.. then I clocked on the site address and the contact address. Bank advised they are from Australia name Adrian MOTT!! Do not give card details luckily caught in time blocked and new card.. they tried twice to take my money; please do not trust this email. Asked the bank can we do anything to close the website they said no because the are based in Australia. Feel so bad for anyone been targeted. F*** them! Assholes

Took them ages to reply to my email. Was promised my shirt was on its way and woukd be here within 5 days (it was already 10 days late) the 5 days passed and were now another 7 days on..... told them im going to trading standards and the police if not refunded. SHOULDNT BE OPERATING

So after ordering before christmas, no parcel, no contact, no refund. Trading standards and police contacted for FRAUD

After weeks of waiting for my order I finally received the footie kit on Dec 22nd but as in my previous review the kit was 100% fake! I contacted Svenge after Xmas and to my surprise I got a reply email back asking me to send it back, which I did (cost fell on me to return item £4.25 but I wasn’t bothered at this point) anyway they received the kit and I got another email yesterday saying a full refund has been issued! Ive given them 3 stars because they have honoured a refund to me but obviously I had to pay for the return fee! Just glad it’s all done n dusted. But please don’t think you are getting genuine merchandise because I’ve been in touch with adidas to confirm my kit was fake (I mean it was apparent the stitching was so bad) it wouldn’t of been bad had the price reflected the quality of the garment but to have to pay full prices for fake garments is not on and to not be able to contact them is a real pain in the bum! Anyway I hope this helps! A good result in the end for me! Happy new year!

Amazing selection of shirts, brilliant value for money, delivered promptly with emails sent so I knew when to expect it. My son is thrilled, I’ve ordered another one and will be back for more!

No communication, don’t even think the website is real. Says parcels delivered after 3 weeks on a Chinese website and no parcel arrived. Can’t ring as number is wrong an emailed every email I could find with no response

Communication with this seller is virtually non existent and tracking advice is hard to follow to the point where you are convinced that it must be a scam . However the item did eventually arrive on my doorstep after 17 days . An anxious wait with no way of contacting the vendor and I actually bought the same item elsewhere and it arrived in 48 hrs as I was so concerned that I would not get anything by Xmas or possibly ever ! I wouldn’t use again - too stressful .

The football shirt I ordered did eventually arrive. Not within the timescale stated on the website. Communication is non-existent-the online chat doesn’t chat back and emails are not replied to. The phone number does not work-all leaving you worried that you have been scammed.

Slow delivery from this company. Read reviews and got worried it would not turn up. But item is as described. Communication with company is poor.

Order FINALLY received.
I chose this website for the reason it was a UK company with 2-3 days shipping.
Website looks legit but dishonest and misleading and items are infact shipped from China. Emailed a couple of times to chase with no response.
I spent £200 so a lot of money to lose.
Reading these reviews I was getting more and more anxious as the days went on with more and more negative reviews appearing. I followed the tracking on track17 but then I found a website more helpful with more info, pacelsapp.com

I did get the items. Order placed on 28th November and received via Royal Mail on 18th December.

Maybe I received them and not others as it’s easier to receive a chargeback on a larger amount. Who knows.
Not the best quality I’ve seen but they’ll do. Too late to do anything about it now.
Would I order again from this website or recommend. No. Absolutely not. But happy packaged was received as planned.

I have tried to make contact which is only via email as their UK phone number doesn't exist.

Scammers. Ordered a kit for my son. It has never arrived and no communication from the company. I emailed a number of times. I have tried calling also, the numbe ris disconnected. I am contacting trading standards to see if they can get a response

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Ordered weeks ago and no communication since. This is clearly a scam. All of the customer service avenues available online are inactive so you cannot get hold of anyone. Website is designed to look like it’s a UK based company but the confirmation emails you receive make it clear that the website is actually based in Shenzhen, China. Avoid at all costs

It is most likely a scam, ordered a top 9 days ago and since then no info nothing and no response to any communication attempts.

No communication despite trying to call (number isn't working!), text and email. Only message is 'on its way'. Useless, do not use this company.

Didn't receive my parcel ignored all my emails. Do not order from this company
