Returns charges Unacceptable
Don't bother shopping online if you think you may want to return it. The online sizing chart gives the under armpit size rather than chest size hence item way too tight.
I had to pay for my own return BUT Sutsu then deducted the original shipping charge and a 1.99 insurance fee. Sorry not a good online experience

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we're genuinely sorry to hear the sizing and returns experience wasn’t what you expected.
We understand your frustration regarding the size chart. Our sizing guide is based on “pit-to-pit” (underarm to underarm / half chest) measurements rather than full chest circumference because, in our experience, this gives the most accurate indication of how a garment will actually fit when laid flat. We do explain this on our sizing guide and recommend comparing against a favourite fitting garment, but we appreciate this may not have been clear enough in your case and we will review how we present this information to make it easier to understand.
In terms of returns, as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy, customers are responsible for return postage and original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. As a small independent brand producing garments in small batches / made-to-order, unfortunately we simply don’t have the margins of larger retailers to offer free shipping both ways.
That said, we do appreciate your feedback regarding the £1.99 shipping protection fee and, as a gesture of goodwill, you should have received the refund already. If ever you wanted to try a different size / product we would be happy to offer you free shipping to you.

The caps are huge, way too big
They do not ship using a fast courier service. It took 3 weeks to receive my order.
Secondly, the caps are HUGE. I would call them a One-size fits Only huge heads. Also, i ordered 2 caps, one is super large and the other one is even larger. I am extremely disappointed and will never ever order again.

Hi Bogdan, am sorry to read your dissapointment in the delivery speed of the products. Sadly delivery to Romania is historically very slow and not something we have any ability to speed up. As for the size of the products we have recently reduced the size of the 5 Panel Caps to a smaller size (58cm circumference) and would be happy to replace your existing caps. Also it is a shame you did not reach out to us directly to allow us the opportunity to address your issues before leaving a review. As an independent business all reviews have a significant impact on us as a brand. Please email us on hello@sutsu.com and we can sort you a couple of replacement caps.
Sutsu Sweaters are mediocre
I have three sweater by Sutsu, and to be honest, the quality of the sweaters in Mediocre. They're ok, but do not have the premium look, feel and fitting as stated on their website. I was looking for sweaters that fit better than the usual sweaters but after three or four washings (30 degrees max) the sweaters lose their shape and colour. It is not something i could wear to work anymore, but rather at home or super casual settings. Also, the arm cuffs on the grey one are way to tight, so my sleeves keep crawling up my arm during day to day life.
Disappointed, since i was especially looking for that premium look.

Prima kwaliteit
De slimfit Sweatshirts zijn van prima kwaliteit. Ik heb al meerdere complimenten gekregen dat het ''hert'' er zo mooi op geborduurd is (M.b.t.: Deer o Deer). Ik moet nog wel even afwachten hoe de kwaliteit is na een aantal keer wassen, maar de eerste indruk is super.

Outstanding Customer Service

Excellent Brand
People can be quick to criticise, often misleading websites with poor quality products from China. Sutsu are excellent, have bought a few things. Great design and quality products and would highly recommends.

Amazing products and customer service
Firstly, this company makes fantastic products. Well made and great designs. I ordered a hat from them the other day, instagram messaged the company asking for it to be shipped as soon as possible as I’m leaving the country soon and wanted to take the hat with me. Sure enough I received a message saying it’s all been sorted and the next day the hat arrived. 10/10 customer service and products cannot thank the team enough.

Amazing customer service
Ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. It arrived and had a fault in the neckline. I contacted customer service late in the evening and a reply within 5 minutes. 4 days later I had a replacement which was perfect. Amazing customer service and great products. Will highly recommend to anyone. I was sceptical as I'd never heard of them but the service I received was second to none. Keep being great!

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear your cap had the applique badge adhered incorrectly. The website photos are quite clear in that they show a badge (we even mention it under the product) and not embroidery although the badge itself is in fact embroidered. We would be happy to replace the cap if there is a fault with the application.
Our cap supply chain is fully vetted and the factory used to make the base unit pays above the minimum wage, uses cotton only from the Better Cotton Initiative which provides far higher salaries for the farmers as well adhering to very strict cotton growing techniques.
As for our returns policy, we are an independent brand and are unable to cover return costs as we do not have the margin to cover them. However if your garment had a fault with it we will of course replace it if you were to send photos to hello@sutsu.com

On every product page there is a full supply chain detailing exactly where certain products are made, where the cotton comes from and where it is finished. We do not shy away from this and we also give a significant amount of money to support workers in these countries to have better working conditions. We also offset all carbon emissions 3 times and we are committed to both the B Corp accreditation and the Climate Neutral accreditation - both of which we pay into. We do wish you could have read all the data on each product page so you could have made a more informed decision before writing a review.

Great quality products and excellent customer service. One of the sweatshirts I wanted wasn't available in my preferred fit. I emailed them to ask if it would be available in future and they got it made up as a bespoke order. Very reasonably priced too.
