It had some cool stuff in it I prefer one bigger thing and less smaller things but it doesn’t seem like they do that very often, but its still a really great box.

New customer excitement!
I have done a lot of research about this company and there competition. I have just ordered the gear only XL subscription. I hope I'm impressed with my results. I will add a new review when I receive my first box. Can't wait to see what's inside!

When I placed my order I noticed on the web site it says items ship in one day. 3 days later I had not received a shipping notification. I email support and got a blanket statement response that basically said they have the right to change the one day shipping for various reasons. Ok fine. Three more days later I still had no shipping notification so I called. The guy that I spoke with said some items were on beck order but they had come in and were being "kitted" (assembled) and would be going out the next day. Two days later I got a email saying their truck load of mylar bags had been "lost" but they were working to resolve the problem. Then 3 hours later I got a shipping notification. So after 8 days it finally went out but takes 10 days to get to me.

Vastaus yritykseltä SURVIVAL BOXES
Hi Garett, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We checked your order history and they all shipped on time. We only have one email customer service ticket with you explaining the Subscription shipping schedule for new subscribers where we explained when you would receive your first box based on when you subscribed. We could not find any other correspondence. We do not have a customer service call center and we have not experienced a missing mylar bag order, so that must have been a been correspondence with a different survival supply company. Thank you for the order and subscription and if we can ever assist with anything in the future please let us know. Thank you. customerservice@survivalboxes.com

I've only been subscribed to Survival Boxes for a couple of months now, but so far I am impressed... The products seem to be pretty high quality, & don't feel "cheap". I love the Dehydrated Meals & Survival Water in every shipment - that is awesome!
The only one I can say I'm NOT impressed w/ & feel like my money wasn't well spent was this month's box (December). I feel like it left something to be lacking... the stocking was a cute idea, but I'm not sure how to utilize that in the tactical/survival/EDC/BOB sense... Maybe I am just being a newbie & maybe it can be attached to my molle bag, but i'm just not getting it. other than though - I AM SUPER HAPPY with Survival Boxes & will definitely be staying on as long as I can afford it! :) Wish I could do the gear only XL but its ok :)

Birthday Alpha Box
I ordered a three month Alpha subscription box as a birthday gift for my husband, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. There’s just a few things that could be improved, such as some of the gear included could be of better quality, and some of the tools were strange; an example is the plastic knife holder that holds your pocket knife in an open position. We did however appreciate the awesome customer service when our second box was delayed. They even upgraded the backpack to make up for the prolonged shipment. I’m sure we will be ordering in the future.

Cancelled subscription after 4months worth of gear. Most of it is hit or miss more miss then anything. Last December box was completely useless. I feel out of the four boxes only one was worth the price if the box.
