They dont your checks and always lie that it was sent in ordinary mail. After follow up also they lie that it was sent. The check never arrives to your mailing address. In this digital world they are fooling saying they mail the checks. Biggest scam. They ate my $42 check.

so i have been trying to cash this check for the last couple of weeks only to be told that it will not clear and then when i email them about this problem they tell me that some checks will not clear at Walmart which is strange to me considering the fact that i have never had a problem cashing checks at Walmart until now which makes me think this website is a scam trying to get people to deposit checks into there bank account to only start taking money out your account and when i called all i could do was leave a message

Send cheques out in $ useless to me as Banks do not accept them in UK Survey Savvy not at all interested.

I have sent several messages to Survey Savvy about Savvy Connect not working. I received 1 message over two weeks ago with instructions to what to do. I did it. It didn't work. And every since then, no one has responded back. I've lost almost an entire month of data. It says they'll respond within 72 hours and several 72 hour periods have gone by. What, they just leave people hanging? I sent another request to support this morning and I doubt I'll get a answer back. That's no way to run a business at all.

This is mostly about their app. It sucks.
I, personally, think the reason for the current problems is the copious WIndows 10 Updates, but then again, the apps never worked on any of my Androids either so I think it is a Luth coding thing.

The person allegedly the support at the number has no clue. They tell you to download another app from a link they send to your email to clean out the remainder of the Savvy app that may have been left behind after uninstallation. The app gives the error code that the items it is looking for is not installed. YET! When you try to reinstall the Savvy app IT says the app is already installed. AND when you go to the site it shows that the app is NOT transmitting and has not transmitted since you originally installed it. Which could have been weeks prior.

THe Chrome browser app does not 'light up' no matter what you do. Remove the extension, reinstall, NOTHING works to get it working. Starting to think these people need to hire better and more tech support.

Left a few messages that are never answered, a few emails that just tell you to call the number. Maybe this is a way to make extra money by preventing people from actually doing surveys so Luth keeps the extra money? I dunno but I'm tired of wasting my time . . .
