I requested an £8.00 PayPal payout on Nov 25, 2025. After weeks of waiting, I was sent a defective link that doesn't work for PayPal. I have opened ticket 2367309, but all I get are automated replies. It has been over a month and I still haven't been paid my earned rewards. Very unprofessional.

I've been doing surveys on Survey Rewardz for a long time now. Never struggled with PayPal payments, but now I requested PayPal Tremendous and I received a Tremendous virtual visa card. I can't use it anywhere. It doesn't work in South Africa.I've requested to change it to PayPal or other gift card, but no answer yet. Please advise?????

Oszuści!!!! Nie wypłacają pieniędzy. W sierpniu 2024 chciałam przelać 200 zł i do dnia dzisiejszego nie uzyskałam pieniędzy. Nie ma kontaktu, cały czas zbywają tymi samymi formułkami . Te same ankiety na innych stronach dużo lepiej płatne. Nie Polecam !!!!!@

I had been taking surveys for Ratnukin Surveys for years and after I cashed out for my reward they sent me a email stateing I was no longer a member of there site for something about the way I take surveys and they were not going to pay me the reward money I had earned. I take surveys on aboutover a dozen other sites I'm retired and do it out of boredom mostly and have never had any problems. I just want to warn ppeople to beware they don't pay well anyway and hardly ever have surveys it took me a real long time to earn enough points to cash out. I feel this is terrible customer service I don't want it to happen to anybody else just be careful.

Locked out of my account without explanation. Had accumulated almost enough to cash out ...then can't seem to login to my account anymore. When I tried to reset a new password which was supposed to be sent to my email........there wasn't one sent. Obviously locked out of my account. No where can I contact customer service. Thieves for sure. Stay away from this site.

So, picture this: I’m sitting at home, excited to finally sign up for this site because, you know, I enjoy having food and shelter. I go through the motions username, password, the works. Then they hit me with the classic, “Please verify your email.” No big deal, right? I hit “Confirm Email” like a responsible adult, expecting to start earning those sweet survey dollars. Instead, the site basically says, “Get a real job, hobo.”

Okay, not exactly what it really said was something like, “Your account cannot be verified at this time. Please try again later. If this issue persists, contact support.” But let’s be real, that’s just a professional way of saying, “We don’t know you, stop trying.”

I thought, “Maybe it’s a glitch, no worries.” I wait. A day goes by. Then two. I check my email again, hit “Verify Email” and boom, same message. It’s like being ghosted by a website. I even started questioning my own existence am I real? Is my email real? Should I get a real job?

Here we are, days later, and I still can’t get past square one. I’m just sitting here staring at my inbox like it’s gonna magically verify itself. Meanwhile, all the other users are out there making money and living their best lives, while I’m stuck in “Account Pending” purgatory.

I can’t even start doing surveys because they won’t let me in the club until I confirm my email. At this point, I’ve contacted support, the universe, and maybe a psychic, hoping someone will help me out. Until then, my rating stands: -1/10. Would not recommend unless you enjoy endless loops of rejection from both jobs and survey sites.

Oszusci, wyzysk nie dość że oszukują na ankietach (po zrobieniu ankiety nie doliczają kwoty do sumy nagród) to jeszcze oszukują przy wypłacie kwoty już do wypłaty mianowicie blokują dostęp do konta (przy logowaniu tego samego loginu i hasła nie możliwości zalogowania się na swoje konto) Oszuści oszuści i jeszcze raz oszuści

Su atención al cliente deja bastante que desear, pocas veces contestan y otras te ignoran, tienes que intentarlo una y otra vez en intervalos largos de tiempo y si tienes suerte, alguna vez contestan. A veces te bloquean a las encuestas y no te dan detalles, y cuando no, cuesta poder terminar con éxito alguna. Menos mal que siempre me han pagado, nunca he tenido ese problema.

If I could give negative a million, I would. This company sucks. They will have you do rewards and when you try to cash out they will tell you that your account is BLOCKED. They say that the account was found to be in violation of their terms. When I asked what violation, they said they couldn't tell me. And said I would not get my money. It's about $35, I took their survey's and they owe me the money. Basically they told me to kick rocks. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDULANT PEOPLE. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Pues no es lo que parece,cancele 5€ hace días y aún no sé nada donde se perdieron,más tenía otros 4,90€ en el panel y de repente desaparece el panel ,y el colmo a intentar conectarme me dicen que mi correo no está registrado,una perdida de tiempo completar sus encuestas

Scammers and thieves. They banned me as soon I cashed out. Do not waste your time on their site or related sites through CINT.

No pagan algunas encuestas y si contactas con ellos pasan de todo. Atención, te quitan dinero que has ganado cuando quieren. Si te quejas te da igual, no hay servicio. Te bloquean las encuestas si te quejas. La experiencia más desagradable haciendo encuestas, evitar.
