Worst customer service ever.

Bought 2 coats, retuned them both. Only 1 refunded. Used contact form to enquire 2 weeks ago, no reply. Tried again, no reply. Called twice, first time had to give up. 2nd time was 21 in the queue, after approx 1hr 15 was 1st in the queue. After a further 30+ mins still on hold. This was New Year’s Eve so think the rep decided to knock off early! On the phone for 1hr 47 and still not through. Sent complaint via website - now 6 days later and no response to any of my attempts. So currently £269.26 out of pocket, that’s without my time and inconvenience!

Still waiting for more than £300 back for goods I returned and were confirmed received in November 2021. Surfdome have ignored the contact forms I have sent them to chase the cash...no normal email address is available. Not impressed at all. Avoid!

Edit: Surfdome added the reply below 2 days ago and I have still heard nothing. I want my money back!

Zero stars!!!! Horrendous experience.. still on hold after over 2 hours as desperate to return 2 pairs of wellies.. I need surfdome to confirm order number as e mails have been wiped….😩😩😩

There is no option for live chat as advertised and the e mail contact is a ridiculous q&a system that doesn’t get answered…. Surfdome please contact me with a link for urgent help.

I returned goods on Nov 29th and have still not received my refund. I have called only to be 24th in the queue, waited for 2 hours then hung up on, sent emails and nobody ever responds. The order number is 8041934. I have waited long enough for the refund to be processed. My next step is contacting my credit card.

Returned an expensive item and had confirmation of return. No refund as yet into my account 12 days later. Have tried ringing only to be told 24th in queue. Have emailed customer service - no response as yet

Had email stating the had my returns and would credit my account as a result of trust pilot review. 2 days later money is still not in my account

Next step trading standards if this is not resolved satisfactorily

I've been trying to contact this company since December the 18th with no contact back at all, even with multiple attempts from my end, ai purchased some Carhartt cargo pants under two months ago and this zip has gone faulty already, all I want is a exchange or refund but its impossible to speak to anyone who works for this company, Horrendous customer service wouldn't purchase anything from here again.

No follow up after multiple requests on their website. Money has been taken from my account

Your reply is nonsense, if you had an issue with the payment return the money... How do you hold goods and keep the money??? That is completly unacceptable.

Sent jacket back for a refund as too big and bought a smaller size it has been over 15 days with no contact and no refund really bad business as no communication from them at all.

Ordered a rip curl watch month or more ago. Item gets shipped out and uturns to surfdome. Been chasing them for follow ups, silence. Refunds not processed even up to date. Will never buy from surfdome again

Ordered 3 items, only one item turned up. 2hr 35 mins on the phone, hr of which i was number 3 in the que only to be cut off! Not happy. Do not use. Tried emailing no repsonse

I ordered roller skates for my daughter’s Santa present. I was sent an email to say it was dispatched but then when I checked the tracking it seems to be sent back to Surfdome. I have no idea why, I have emailed them twice with no response and have tried calling them but gave up after holding for 30 minutes. UPDATE: Surfdome contacted me and offered a full refund which I accepted and has been lodged to my account.

Same issue as all the other negative comments on here order placed on the 9th December several emails no replay on phone for a hour still at place 25 tracking update just states contact customer services. Gentle reminder to self read reviews before purchasing items

Placed order on 8th December, said would be delivered by 17th December. Still hasn't arrived, tried to call was number 28 in queue and still number 28 after 20 mins !!!! Have also emailed but no reply !!!

Worst customer service ever.Took the money never delivered , no contact , no reply . Telephone queue 30 plus . Will probably take forever to get money back.
Do not do business with this lot.
Still no communication! I guess I will leave it up to the credit card company to get my money back.

Terrible company to deal with ..take your money but they don’t send the goods !!! Tried to email no response tried to ring put into a queue of 40 callers …never again will I use the company

I too made an order on the 9th December receiving an email saying it would be here by 20th December. Enquired about it yesterday via the website, as I hadn’t had an email to confirm dispatch, and have had no reply.

I ordered a Rab Microlite jacket on Saturday the 11th of December. Was told it would be delivered on Tuesday 14th. It is now Monday 20th of December. Looking at all of the other reviews it looks like this company is an absolute disaster at present.

Like everyone else I have tried and failed to get through on the phone. No replies to emails. The cost of the jacket is £175 if starts to feel like you have been scammed!

When will my jacket be delivered???

OMG.. Why didnt i read these reviews before.. Ive ordered twice i think because i had no confirmafion of order.. Ive tried emailing.. Ringing fo no avail.. I desperately need my order for a present for xmas 😢

Ordered Xmas present on the 5th December for next day delivery as paid over £30
And still not received anything
No reply to emails so now trying to get PayPal to get my money back

Maybe the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever used. I was sent a pair of boots that were damaged and clearly not new. They don’t reply to emails, don’t have a live chat (which they direct you to when you call) and keep you on hold for hours before ending the call before you get to speak to anyone. Avoid!
