Car needed prior approval before cover could be issued but after that all went smoothly. With a product like gap insurance you don’t know how good it is until you claim but all perfect up to now.

Good value and easy to obtain

I confused my previous review with a totally different product ! The gap insurance provided by this company is excellent value, compared to my previous one. As well as good value, the process of obtaining it was straightforward and relatively simple. I would strongly recommend this company.

GAP Insurance (Direct Gap and Platinum Gap)

It was very easy to change my GAP insurance over from my previous vehicle. My dealer never suggested getting GAP but I knew I needed it and that its way cheaper than what they would have quoted should they have remembered to tell me.

Dealt with Paul today on the phone, couldn’t have been more helpful and thorough. Platinum Gap are by far the best and most helpful Gap company I’ve ever dealt with.

Really easssy !

Moved from one policy to another due to change of car and it was made really easy with one phone call.
Platinum gap couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant and dare I say it the price was fantastic.
