It's getting to be a hassle to renew my subscription. I don't use these unsafe apps to pay for anything. My PayPal acct was the best for me. Bitcoin should not be offered to any customer for payment. I am still having trouble with the channels on the network where the program freezes up. I have had cable and computer tech to check out if it was the cable, so far it's not.

Great service but please be aware of scammer prentending to be part of the support team as they will suck $$ out of your pocket.

Customer service via Telegram continues to be exceptional. Every time the issue gets resolved. A pleasure

The service is good I get a lot of buffing and if I play it all night it freezes and also it will be nice if y'all can get some other payment other than Bitcoin. I have to do a chat with you guys in order to arrange some kind of payment. I don't have Bitcoin

Buffering is improving but still a problem, but definitely not as serious a few months ago. Proton VPN seems to have helped. My account was somehow automatically cancelled in early March even tough there was 3 weeks left of service - already paid for. Missed 1.5 hours of a sports event that I was looking forward to. The agent caused a lot of frustration and required help; connection ultimately restored.

Only the ability to support the amount of a complete list is not for all computers. The filters for this should be improved by country. This is based on the commitment to resell to SupremeTV in the future.

I do not use Bitcoin and every month Im only given the option of bitcoin to pay for my subscription and I have to go through a process of requesting a link to pay via my card. I am sure that I am not the only person with this problem.

My Live TV or Movies or Series won’t download so I can’t watch anything.. and it’s not my internet connection that’s a problem

24/7 channels are not working.

Constant buffering almost makes this unusable. It's so annoying and slow. This is happening every day all day long.
