Suprememalta Arvostelua 7

Stranded on Gozo by poor return bus instructions, organisation and leaving at least 5 minutes early with no cash refunds and bus/ferry reimbursement offered and 3 ignored emails suggested as a way of dealing with our issue, but I now see we weren't the only ones. Other points raised by customers also experienced.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Left standing at side of the road had to make our way to boat. The whole experience was a total mess. Staff have no training no professional no courtesy.
The person who owns the company is abusive and insulting if you dare to complain.
Please do not use. There are Uber Bolt great public transport services in Malta.
Please take high speed local boats out to Gozo for a lovely experience. The old slow badly maintained dirty boat provided by this company is horrible.
Do not waste money just use local.

We booked airport shuttle with supreme travels as part of love holidays package. When we arrived at the airport they gave a form to complete with our return travel airport shuttle pick up time to give to concierge to book the pick up. We asked for 8am and there was no confirmation by text or call. On the day we got a call from concierge that the pick up is here at 7am when we were not ready. They left advising us to take a taxi paying again. The lesson- do not book with supreme travel who do not provide any booking confirmation and turn up as per their wish. It is easier and cheaper to book a taxi through bolt.

The worst service possible! Stole my mobile phone and tried to claim it was my fault.

Do not use and spend your money somewhere else.

Malta trip, mother and daughter, Airport shuttle services booked through Love Holidays, August 2020, Terrible service, late, staff (female) on phone (main landline number) really impolite, impatient, not listening, bad attitude. taxi sent to hotel (Labranda) instead of shuttle (20 mins late), detour taken......extra 40 mins onto journey, apparently to pick up another person (in St Julienne's) during COVID, asked him to stop so myself and daughter could leave, very concerned about hygiene risks etc, he refused, says he was following orders, worst experience ever!

During our stay in malta (Alexander Hotel) we booked and payed a taxi on 23rd of january (by the agent of Supreme Malta travel in the hotel) for early in the morning (5:30) 25th of january. No taxi came. We tried to call them but no one on the phone. we waited til 6:10, then we had to order another taxi.
When arriving in the Netherlands I contacted them and sent the receit, They promised to refund. Till now I did not get a peny.

We visited Malta which is a very beautiful island. We bought trips through Supreme Travel (suprememalta.com). 2 of 5 trips was canseled. I havw tried to get money back for 2 month now. I have decided to give up and recomend to use other agencies or not to pay in advance.
