Hard to leave a review really.
I’ve not had my delivery as there are stock issues.
I’ll leave a proper review when I get my items.
On a plus side I have been kept up to date with delivery/delays.

sent the wrong colour

sent the wrong colour, when i emailed them, told me the different colour is the same, just shake the bottle. it is very clearly a different colour. and not cheap.

We recently bought Zest Acoustic Wall…

We recently bought Zest Acoustic Wall Panels, the quality of the product exceeded our expectations, high quality and very appealing once installed. The level of customer service during all the process to both my wife and myself has been really good. I highly recommend.

Order delivered on time,well packaged

Order delivered on time,well packaged. Very good prices. Had a small issue with its handing. Telephone call answered quickly with a new order sent out.
The company have been very good in their support, goods seem of good quality,not fitted yet though.
Would highly recommend.

Delivery

Placed an order on 30th April had no update about when this was going to be delivered despite following the tracking order page , contacted them and they advised it will arrive today 06.05.26 but it never arrived and tracking information still not available
Sent another email asking when it will be delivered, no response as of yet

We’re very sorry for the delay and lack of communication regarding your order. After investigating this, it appears there was an administration error on our side, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after being advised of a delivery date that was not met. This is not the level of service we aim to provide as the bank holiday weekend changed the delivery date, sorry.

Please contact us directly with your order details so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
