Faulty hub supplied, returned for warranty before Christmas, still no outcome as at mid February.

My dealings with Superspares have always been positive. They have a great range of products for a wide variety of vehicles. Their online platform is simple to use, listing the parts that are available for the vehicle, then ordering and paying for them. Shortly after ordering, they confirmed the order, picked the order and couriered the parts to my address within a couple of days. I also found that Superspares prices were competitive or cheaper than elsewhere.
I wouldn't hesitate using Superspares for my future automotive needs. AAA+++

Parts arrived exceptionally quickly, especially at the busy end of the year.
Construction looked quality and fit with no issues.

Had an item out of stock, found a suitable replacement kit and swiftly arranged a pickup, could not be happier.

The wrong item was sent. The listing was correct but the item did not correspond to my vehicle. I sent an email and even phoned as I did not get a response from the email. I was told by the person who I spoke to that I would get an email with instructions on how to return my order for a refund. I was not expecting too much straight away as it was close to Christmas. The Christmas/New Year holiday period is well and truly gone and I still have not heard or seen any response from Superspares. I know mistakes can happen from time to time but this should have been fixed by now and after contacting them the first time I do not think that I should be chasing them. I'm really not happy and will probably think twice about buying anything else. I am happy to talk to someone abou this if they are willing to contact me.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sparesbox has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order for MAXTRAX MK2 Recovery Tracks back in November. Weeks passed with no shipment updates, and despite repeatedly asking for a tracking number, Sparesbox never provided one. Instead of clear communication, my messages were ignored for days at a time. When I finally got a reply, the order was suddenly deemed “lost in transit,” yet no one had ever given me the tracking number in the first place to verify this.

When I asked again for transparency, the responses I received felt dismissive, and at one point I was even told they “didn’t appreciate the language,” despite me simply asking for honesty after being ignored multiple times. Customer service should not accuse the customer of wrongdoing just for requesting basic information.

A replacement was eventually arranged, with a promise that it would be dispatched by 22/01, but given the previous lack of communication, I’ve been left with very little confidence.

Overall, this experience showed poor communication, lack of transparency, and slow customer support. I hope Sparesbox improves their service, because this has been unnecessarily frustrating.

Purchased some hoses. They arrived very fast and were banded together. A bit squashed into the box but no issues due to the material I purchased. Would buy from again!

Buyer notified of re-stock of item & availability to buy for 2nd time, item purchased & paid for only to be contacted again by the seller saying they had nil stock & a refund would be offered, item "again" re-listed without stock availability being verified.
