Supero Arvostelua 

I recently bought a mobile phone from Supero. They answered my questions regarding the phone’s features and provided me with the tax invoice I requested. They also skipped the item pretty quickly too. It was in my hands within the week.

The product was always going to come from overseas but this was not obvious on trademe
The stock item nor the item I was offered in its place was in stock !!
The customer service guy was good to deal with

Still waiting for my phone, 21 days after ordering.
Ordered phone on 6th Feb, tried to get priority shipping but for some inexplicable reason this was not available for rural delivery areas. Funny, it seems everyone else can get their stuff delivered here relatively quickly, just not Supero. Was told I would have a tracking number within 5-8 working days, never arrived. Was also told it was being shipped on the 20th of February and would be on my doorstep in 3 days max. It's been 7 days since that email and still no phone and no tracking number.

Quick dispatch, and product arrived on time and as expected. Very happy!

Paid $55 for fast delivery and it took over 10 days to arrive.

I will never use Supero again and I urge others not to either. Absolute jokers run that company. They lie about delivety times just to get the sale. And all products come from overseas not NZ rendering guarentees null and void.

Initially was skeptical with ordering from Supero but so far very the experience has been excellent!!! Ordered the Google pixel 6a. Shipping was slightly delayed due to Chinese new year. Good communication with prompt replies when asked about the delay in shipping. Once shipped, the phone arrived within 2 days (shipped from Hong Kong to NZ). Product was perfect and working on arrival

Very slow delivery. Product is good. The company made me feel very suspicious until the product arrive. Glad it arrive in one piece.

Purchased a Om-1 camera. Slightly cautious at first as store is overseas and wanted to make sure no hidden issues. Total cost was as priced, shipping was 1 week and they even extend the warranty through a NZ service center. Very happy customer.

the I phone SE was out of stock and in the end i had to pay $100 extra in the end, the comunication was ok and very helpfull in the end. I will use Supero again with the advertaised price.

Bought the S22 and saved a good $300 off the local prices in Auckland. DHL delivery took six days. Great website, highly recommend

First time ordering through supero and purchased a 70-200 f2.8 iii lens and had a minor hiccup for delivery over the holiday period but in the end Damian booked another courier and I did receive the brand new item and at the best price. Be mindful since their products are parallel imported the warranties would differ from NZ retail. Nevertheless genuine seller and recommended.

Ordered Friday morning, delivered from Hong Kong Tuesday lunchtime. Local deliveries can take longer than that!
