Beware, worst experience. 4 months unresolved

Phone arrived after 3 weeks. Slow courier.
Phone was faulty, it's been 4 months and Supero still refuse to replace the phone.
I have shown them videos of the phone faulting, it took almost 2 months for them to send a return courier ticket and now they refuse to replace or refund.

Great experience from Supero.

Great updates from their website, delivery times are as advertised, phone came in perfect condition and even includes a NZ phone adapted, which is not something they have to do but shows they care.

Canon EOS90D camera body purchase.

I received my purchase in a timely manner and it functions up to my expectations. The product was competitively priced. The website was easy to use to seek the product I wanted and the payment process was straight forward and secure. I recommend this site for anyone seeking to make a quality purchase of an item at a competitive price.

Clear and Open communications

Clear and Open communications. Everything was clear from the onset and appreciate the product (S22 Ultra). Keep up the great work! Next time, will have products shipped straight to Samoa. That is another Massive bonus of using Supero!

Great customer service

Initially I was reluctant to purchase from an overseas organisation, without an Aotearoa NZ presence. However, having now purchased more than a dozen pieces of tech, I am comfortable to buy from Supero again and again. Their customer service is really good too!

Does not honor warranty

I have some wireless headphones that stopped working while under warranty. That was over 4 months ago. I'm still trying to get the company to replace or refund me.
They have stopped returning my emails, and despite repeated requests to call they have not. There is no phone or address listed on their website so all I can do is send email after email that gets ignored.

Persistant Support of the Customer

I am very pleased with the A53 Mobile Phone.
It is exactly what I wanted and what I expected.
Supero persevered and got me the product that I wanted - very impressive!
In addition, Supero kept me very up-to-date on progress - magnificent!
All up, buying from Supero was a very pleasant, satisfying experience.
"Supero" is an excellent trader and I recommend them to others. Thank you.
